Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, luxury villa is located on the prestigious Calabay Parc community. The large screened pool and deck is southwest facing and not directly overlooked.

The villa is very spacious with 2 master suites, 2 further twin bedrooms, living area, kitchen, dining room and utility/laundry room. Everything is included for your convenience - including bed linen and towels. Free use of a cot and high chair if needed. The villa also includes free unlimited US and UK/Ireland phone calls for no extra cost.

Accommodation - The villa is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard. The accommodation is on a single storey and comprises 2 master suites, 2 twin bedrooms, living area, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and utility/laundry room. The living area and both master suites open onto the covered lanai (patio) and pool area.

Pool - The large screened deck is southwest facing (sun into the evening) and overlooks a pond area. There is plenty of patio furniture (tables, chairs, loungers) for all our guests to work on their tans. The spacious pool is L-shaped and benefits from a separate spa. The automatic spa provides all the bubbles needed to soothe away a hard day at the Parks, Malls or on the golf course.

Living area - The main living area is well furnished and benefits from plenty of seating, a large cable TV, DVD player, Games console and mini hi-fi. There is also a selection of books, DVDs and Computer Games for your enjoyment.

The open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the main living area and is full of all the modern conveniences (fridge freezer & ice maker, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc). It also benefits from an informal breakfast area with a table and chairs. The fully equipped utility/laundry room is accessed from here.

There is a separate dining room, which is reached from either the kitchen or entrance foyer.

Master suites - The suites are spacious and well furnished, containing a queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressers, remote-controlled cable TV and alarm clock. They both benefit from well appointed en-suites.

Bedrooms 3&4 - Both bedrooms are well-appointed. They benefit from twin beds, built-in wardrobes, ample dresser space, cable TVs and alarm clocks.

The third bathroom is located between these two rooms and comprises a single-bowl vanity unit, bath and toilet. A hairdryer is again provided.
