POOL & SPA This Florida pool home has an extended pool deck with a 30ftx15ft SOUTH FACING POOL & SPA that basks in sunshine all day. Relax and soak up the sun on the deep cushioned pool furniture. The pool and spa back onto a large retention area and either side of the pool area has been fenced, ensuring privacy. There's nothing quite like a relaxing dip in the spa after enjoying a round of golf at nearby Champions Gate golf course, or a fun filled day at Disney. The beautiful coloured under water lighting make night time bathing extra special.

GAMES ROOM The games room has plenty of entertainment for when you are not visiting Orlando's attractions There is a 7ft POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE AIR HOCKEY TABLE and ELECTRONIC DARTS. If GOLF is your passion we supply a set each of HIS and HERS GOLF CLUBS for use on the nearby golf courses.

BEDROOMS

MASTER BEDROOM The regal Master bedroom is 21ft x 15ft and we have hand picked the furniture to ensure that it provides an air of luxury that befits this exceptional villa. The magnificent KING SIZE, four poster, bed is the ultimate in luxury with matching bedside cabinets and dressing table. To complete the set there is an armoire that houses a 27ins TV, DVD and VCR. Two comfortable armchairs provide a place to relax and watch TV before retiring to bed for a restful nights sleep. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, bath and double vanity unit with marble effect basins. Leading off from the bathroom is a walk in wardrobe.

2nd MASTER BEDROOM This master bedroom has a KING SIZE BED,and bedside cabinets in dark wood with gold carvings. A 27ins cable TV and DVD are housed in the matching armoire. A walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom compliment this bedroom.

3rd MASTER BEDROOM This beautiful master bedroom is situated downstairs and has an ensuite bathroom leading out onto the pool area. In this bedroom we have provided a Queen bed with matching bedside cabinets and a matching armoire with 27ins TV and DVD.

TWIN BEDROOMS There are two twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Both have walk in wardrobes and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and overhead shower. One of these bedrooms is decorated in a subtle Pooh Bear theme. We have provided 21ins TV and DVDs in both of these bedrooms. Added to this there is a downstairs powder room.

KITCHEN & BREAKFAST NOOK The Kitchen of this luxury Florida villa is fully equipped to cater for up to twelve people. With a microwave, oven, fridge freezer and cooking utensils. You can always eat in if you don't fancy dining out at the vast array of restaurants that are close by. The sunny breakfast nook is adjacent to the kitchen and leads out, through patio doors, onto the pool area. The dark wood breakfast dining set has seats for 6 people and there are 3 matching bar stools at the kitchen counter ensuring that everyone is able to discuss the days events over a leisurely breakfast.

DINING ROOM The stylish and elegant dining area has the perfect ambiance for those more formal evening meals. The dining suite has seating for 6 and all the napkins and place settings are available if your feel the need to cook up a storm.

3 LOUNGE AREAS. After a Magical day at Disney you can relax in any of this spacious villas 3 family seating areas. The family room has a 50ins plasma HDTV, VCR, and DVD. The subtle accent lighting provides a warm welcome home feel when you return from your exciting day at the parks.. The 2nd seating area, next to the dining room, provides a restful retreat for the adults whilst the children will enjoy the electronics games in the upstairs loft area. These include a COMPUTER with INTERNET ACCESS, & PLAYSTATION 2 with games that can be played on the 52ins TV.

UTILITY ROOM Last but not least is the utility room, equipped with a large washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. You will be able to take home a suitcase full of fresh clean clothes
