Sleeping areas - Villa has 2 - ensuite master bedrooms with Queen beds,this is suitable for 2 families sharing. One en-suite has a walk-in shower, bath tub, walk in wardrobe, toilet, hairdryer. Two further twin bedrooms with a 3rd shared bathroom -this bathroom also goes straight out onto the pool area, ideal for washing the kids down after a swim. There is also a separate sitting room/dining area which has a sofa bed which can sleep 2 more. Free use of cot for a baby which can be placed in any of the rooms.
Living areas - There is a sitting area ( two sofa's)and formal dining area (seats 6),this is slightly separated from the rest of the villa where the grown-ups can unwind after a hard day at the large private pool. There is a further eating area in the kitchen which will sit four people, next to this is another sitting area which leads out onto the pool. This area consists of 2 further sofa's, large TV, DVD, Hi-fi, Playstation 2 (just in case it rains!) - HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS/GAMES ROOM
Pool area - Extended pool and deck, with a further outdoor lanai where you can eat/drink, a table and 4 chairs are provided.A couple of loungers are provided for the less energetic. Pool towels provided. Pool heating is optional Fully equipped kitchen - with all modern amenities,(microwave,dishwasher, oven/hob, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc.) including a fridge with icemaker.
Cutlery/glasses and crockery for up to 12 people. We also provide all towels and linens, iron/ironing board and hairdryers in master bedroooms. AMENITIES. My villa is brand new and has all the little extra's you need to have a comfortable holiday, everything is included in the price (except pool heating).Extra's like a cot, highchair, stroller, pool toys,games compendium, in the garage is a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (No more dirty washing to take home!!).
