Hampton Lakes is located on Highway 27 just south of State Road 192. The community is set among the rolling hills and has remarkable views of the Walt Disney World and surrounding areas. It is also located close to all the major thoroughfares. Residents and visitors alike can enjoy easy access to Disney, although new the villa is in a part of the development which is fully completed and landscaped. The villa is of course fully equipped for holiday rental. As our guest you can also enjoy the use of the community pool, both of the children's play areas, and the tennis courts at no extra cost. Our Villa is conveniently located close to several supermarkets, Publix being the nearest just 4 minutes away, New Wal-Mart due to open November 2004 just 6 miles North on highway 27 and a variety of restaurants that will cater for most tastes and budgets Completed April 2003: Our home has been luxuriously furnished by a team of professional interior designers and is situated in a quiet community called Hampton Lakes. The Villa is fully alarmed and fenced in for privacy, there is also a security safe installed in the closet of the main master bedroom. It offers the opportunity for refreshment and relaxation after your return from a day of high adventure. There are very interesting nearby places to visit such as Cape Canaveral, Tampa, and Daytona and Clearwater beaches. The shores of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico are just one hour away by car. Living Room The very spacious Living Room comprises of - A Queen Triple seater sofa, Double sofa and easy chair, coffee table, side tables, and Cable TV, Dining area Dining area has a large Sedona dining Table with 6 Dining chairs matching the Living room furniture. Kitchen A large spacious fully equipped Kitchen with fitted with Oak units, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster and coffee maker and all the necessary crockery and utensils. There is also a Breakfast table with four chairs. Utility room comprises of - Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board. Master Bedroom The master bedroom leads directly onto the pool deck. This bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Cable TV and built in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom, with walk in shower and hair dryer Second Master Bedroom The second master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Cable TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and hair dryer. Twin Rooms There are two twin rooms which share the third bathroom. All rooms have large built in wardrobes. The home sleeps eight comfortably. The main bathroom comes with a hair dryer. Swimming Pool Access to the Swimming Pool is via the Kitchen. There is an additional access from the master Bedroom via the en-suite bathroom. This is very convenient after using the pool. The covered porch with seating provides a relaxing oasis during a rain shower. For an additional charge we will provide heat for the pool. The Patio area will have several sun lounges, Patio tables, Coffee tables and chairs, also a Bar-Bar-Q. 2nd Lounge/Pool Room The garage has been converted into a 2nd Lounge/games room and consists of; Queen Bed Sofa Double Sofa and Easy Chair, Pool Table and 20 inch TV.
