WE HAVE A COMPUTER WITH FAST INTERNET CONNECTION, XBOX GAMES - ALL INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. It features a king size bedroom and a queen size bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms. Two further bedrooms each have twin beds and share the third bathroom and a double fold away bed is situated in the family room allowing sleeping accommodation for up to ten people. A baby crib, high chair and stroller are also provided for guests with a young child. Our villa not only has all the standard features but offers much more. The villa was completed in January 2003. The pool sundeck is not over looked and faces South/West towards the conservation area. Tuscan Ridge is one of Florida's newest sub divisions located on Highway 27 situated on the western side of Kissimmee and only 15 minutes drive to Disney with Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studios and other major Theme Parks easily accessible. If you are a golfer, enjoy some of the best golf courses in the USA within easy reach. Champions Gate, one of the newest, designed by Greg Norman is only a 5 minute drive away. Tuscan Ridge is 5 minutes drive from Interstate-4 highway so it enjoys easy access to all major routes in Central Florida. Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes drive, the Atlantic coast at Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral are some 60 minutes drive. Tampa, Clearwater Bay and St Petersburg again 60 minutes, whilst the beautiful Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Sarasota a mere 90 minutes drive away. Whether you arrive via Orlando airport or from elsewhere in the US the property is easily found on Highway 27 which can be reached from the I4 or the 192. The villa is fully furnished to a high standard and includes all bed linen, towels, cutlery and everything you will need for your stay. The villa is a no smoking villa and pets are not allowed.
