POOL/DECK AREA
Our huge south facing (affording all day sun) deck and pool area is one of the largest on the estate giving loads of room for sunbathing or just chilling out beside our 30ft x 15ft upgraded pool with feature fountains and 6 seater jacuzzi. The deck is furnished with quality loungers and chairs (enough seating for 20 people). We have provided a lanai(covered porch) with a soft play area for the little ones. We even provide pool towels.

FREE use of Gas BBQ.

GAMES ROOM
Keep the fun going after you leave the parks in our luxuriously furnished and fully equipped games room.

PS2 & games, pool table and football table, TV, DVD & VCR also a selection of books, videos, DVDs, popular board games and childrens toys.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room overlooks and has access to the pool/deck area and is furnished with three sofas, occassional tables, TV, VCR and DVD. There is also a formal dining room for those more special occasions.

BEDROOMS

The 3 master bedrooms are en-suite with queen sized beds.
Cable TV in all bedrooms
4th bathroom serves twin bedrooms 4 & 5.

Ample towels and bed linen are provided free of charge and the house is cleaned between lets.


KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
For your convenience there is a full sized washing machine and tumble drier allowing you to cut down on the amount of clothes you bring leaving room in your cases for the wonderful bargains on offer in the shopping malls!

The kitchen has a dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, full size cooker and lots of gadgets beside -especially the essential corkscrew!

SMOKING
For the comfort of all guests we don't allow smoking inside the house - so please smoking only on the deck area.
