Located in the gated community in Crescent Lakes in Kissimmee. Licensed to sleep up to 10 people. Large eat-in kitchen and double garage. It is just 15 to 20 minutes drive from Disney, and 10 minutes drive from 192 hwy where you will find lots of shops, restaurants and Medieval Times. It is About 20 minutes from Orlando airport and about 1 hours drive from Sandford airport. The Atlantic beaches and Kennedy space centre are about 1 hours drive away and the gulf beaches are about 1 1/2 hours drive away. It is a single storey villa which sleeps up to 10 people. The villa is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans. The large pool is screened and has a seated lanai area. Pool heating is optional and just $25/£15 a night if required (usually only recommended between October and March if you wish to use the pool). The lawned garden area has a built in barbeque. The master bedroom has en suite 2 sinks/circular bath/walk-in shower facilities and a King bed. There is a bedroom with twin beds. There are two further bedrooms with double beds and 2 further bathrooms both with sink/bath/shower facilities. The master bedroom has a TV. The living room has TV/VCR/DVD and CD player for your personal use. There is a large spacious eat-in kitchen with a dining room which has a table and six chairs. The villa has a double garage and a utility area with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Facilities:- Private Pool and lanai, TV/VCR/CD/DVD cooking utensils, pots and pans, and linen provided.
