Welcome to our 3 bed villa. Entrance is via a keypad entry, so no need to collect keys or meet someone. The porch light is on timer at night for late arrivals!
Welcome to our 3 bedroom villa, available to rent alone or with our 4 bedroom villa next door (for when you want a holiday with family and friends but don't want to be with them 100% of the time!)
Indian Creek is a residential community with several communal areas, including children's play areas, tennis court, basketball court, putting green, soccer pitch, lake & jogging circuit.
The entrance to our home leads to the hallway, off which is the kitchen. Fully equipped including cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer (with ice making compartment), coffee machine & all utensils, it also features a breakfast table overlooking the front garden.
The hall then leads into the Dining Area and Lounge. The Dining Area has a formal table (with extendable panel) with a serving archway link to the kitchen.
The lounge features a 3 seater (queen sized) sofa bed, 2 seater sofa & chair, + Premium Cable TV, DVD & CD music centre (+ DVDs & a selection of books). The lounge overlooks the lanai (patio) area.
The lanai has patio furniture & loungers with a South facing screen covered pool. The sun is on the lanai all day. Pool heating is available for the cooler months (at an additional cost).
The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Walk-in closet & spacious en-suite bathroom (with large cubicle shower) & Cable TV,DVD & clock.
Bedroom 2 has Twin Beds, closet, dresser, Cable TV & clock.
Bedroom 3 has a Full Size Double Bed, dresser, closet, VCR, Cable TV, PS2 Games Console (+ games). The second bathroom has a bath & shower over & is located between bedrooms 2 & 3.
Laundry facilities of a washing machine & tumble dryer are situated in the garage. Also stored in here are the iron & ironing board & vacuum cleaner.
The garage is now also home to a GAMES AREA containing a 7' Pool Table, 54" Table Football (Foosball) and 6' Air Hockey Table. An excercise stepper is also provided to work off some of those large meals!
Included in the rental cost is a cot (incl linen), highchair & stroller (pushchair); beach/pool towels; all linen + towels & hairdryers.
We also have wireless internet and provide a Compaq laptop - or you can bring your own. Full details of the wireless network are provided in our comprehensive "Welcome Folder"
The closets all include an extensive amount of hangers (including skirt and children's hangers).
The villa is fully airconditionned with ceiling fans also in the lounge and master bedroom.
Safety is paramount - the house has a full monitored alarm system installed, together with an additional alarm on the patio door to be switched on when children are present - the alarm then goes off when the door is opened from the inside. The pool also has a safety fence around it.

Rental starts from £435/$740 per week rising to £510/$870 for high season (+ a supplement at Christmas/Easter periods). Special offers are available - late availability rates may apply - ask for a quote!
