Hampton Lakes is situated on US27 at the west end of Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a variety of restaurants that will cater for most tastes and budgets. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 4 minutes drive of the villa for all those handy essentials. A new Wal-Mart supermarket is just 6 miles North of Hampton Lakes on US27. As well as all the facilities within your villa the Hampton Lakes complex also houses 2 children’s playgrounds, volleyball and tennis courts and a large communal pool with sun lounges. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away, Sanford Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive away and Tampa Airport approximately 75 minutes drive away. The amazing Gulf Coast beaches can be reached within a 90 minute drive, while to the East you can visit Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast within an hour's drive. The Villa features are as follows; Grove House Villas has its own private pool which is fully screened to allow extra privacy. Being South facing this allows you to make the most of the Florida Sunshine. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. Should you require it pool heating is available at a price of £70 per week - this must be requested at the time of booking. The villa itself consists of approximately 2500 square feet and is housed over two storeys to provide comfortable and spacious accommodation ideal for two families. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms along with a fitted kitchen and spacious dining area. The spacious lounge area has doors leading out to the patio and swimming area and has cable TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, and Game Cube. large games room The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you would expect and need on your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave over, a large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and toaster together with a full set of cutlery, crockery and utensils. For your convenience the villa is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also small items provide such as vacuum cleaners, iron and ironing boards and hairdryers provided should you require them. The villa has its own telephone system installed. Local calls during the duration of your stay are free. Long distance and international calls can be made by using a telephone calling card which can be purchased at shops within the area. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has walk in ward in closet, a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the second bedroom fitted with a queen size sofa bed a second bathroom and a door leading through to bedroom 2. The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed and both the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have twin beds. This along with the queen sized sofa bed in the lounge means that the villa can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
