Sunset Lakes is a quiet, small Gated Community 4 miles from Disney World, behind Formosa Gardens Shopping Village on Highway 192. This Executive development has many features including 2 fishing lakes, a gazebo, and communal pool with cabana and children’s play area. The conservation area surrounding Sunset Lakes is home to a variety of birds and wildlife! Golf enthusiasts will find several courses within close proximity.
Our open-plan Single Storey Home is fully air-conditioned and has been professionally furnished throughout, with 2 Masters and 3 full Bathrooms. The hallway, kitchen, bathrooms and family room have tiled floors. All the bedrooms are carpeted. Our home has a strict No Pets, No Smoking Policy.
At the heart of the house, our spacious and inviting Family Room has been stylishly equipped with your leisure and convenience in mind. Tiled throughout to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, the triple patio doors present the opportunity to effectively open up the entire room to encompass the glorious pool area and lush tropical backdrop outside.
Elegantly furnished with two huge leather sofas (one a queen size sleeper sofa), light wood tables, decorative lamps and complimenting decorative accents, we guarantee that many happy hours will be spent enjoying the cable TV, DVD & VCR, stereo system, movie library, family games and books that have been provided for your pleasure.
The Stunning Family Room overlooking the pool has two sumptuous leather sofas, one converting to a Queen-size sleeper. The entertainment centre has Cable television, VHS, CD, and DVD. Tapes, films, games, books are also supplied for your use. There is a quiet corner for formal dining with table and 6 comfortable dining chairs With 4 sets of sliding doors all opening out onto the pool area the whole house is drenched in sunlight !
Our over-sized Kitchen has breakfast bar with stools, and has every major appliance including a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware, in fact everything to make your vacation stress-free! The answer phone is located alongside the Internet Access point. The separate laundry room houses washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are supplied.
The Superb Master Bedroom includes a King-size bed, overhead fan, TV, VCR, phone and walk-in closet. Large sliding doors exit out into the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has twin sinks, an oversized walk-in shower and separate Roman style oval tub.
Bedroom Two at the front of the house has uninterrupted views across the beautiful lake. It has a Queen-size bed, overhead fan, Cable TV, VCR, en-suite facilities with walk-in Shower, closet, nightstand and clock. The Third Bedroom has twin beds with a closet, nightstand with lamp and clock, cable TV, PS2, and portable CD. Bedroom Four has twin beds, closet and nightstand, cable TV, VCR. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom All Bathrooms have hairdryers.
Our Private Solar Heated Pool is fully screened and has unique four-coloured underwater lighting making night swimming inviting! The new luxurious Free Standing Health Spa with 22 Jets and coloured lighting will certainly relax you after a hectic day at the Parks – a real treat for all the Family! Our extended corner Lot has established tropical landscaping and palm trees providing complete privacy.
The covered lanai has overhead fan and comfortable patio furniture for quiet evenings by the Solar Heated Pool. The Pool Deck has luxury loungers and is accessible by sliding doors from the Master Bedroom, Dining Room and Family Room. All sliding doors have safety alarms. There is also a deck shower. There is off-street parking and a Double Garage with electric door opener. We have added many complimentary items to our home, including a digital security Safe, Wireless High Speed Internet access, FREE telephone calls to 100+ countries, to make it as comfortable as possible for you and us! Baby equipment includes a crib, playpen, bed rails, nightlights, highchair and 3 strollers for your use with no added charge. A BBQ Grill is also supplied for your careful use. The house is fully licensed and meets all Florida Fire and Safety Regulations.
