GENERAL VILLA DESCRIPTION

Large soft sofas and huge king size beds as well as an extremely well fitted kitchen which includes all the facilities you would expect to find at home. The games area which has a pool table and table soccer is ready for those competitive members of your family. There is even seating for the spectators!

SITTING ROOM - The sitting room is probably the main focal point in the house which is why you will find large soft sofas and a brand new 46" LCD large screen HD TV with Blue Ray DVD player & Playstation 3. There is a selection of games for the Playstation and the DVD has a special slot that allows you to plug in the memory card from your digital camera and enjoy you photos with the rest of the family on the big TV.

DINING ROOM - The dining table is big enough for the largest of hungry gatherings. With the soft lighting and beautiful dining table, it becomes a place where you would be happy to spend an evening meal.

KITCHEN - The Kitchen is equipped with every creature comfort you could wish for. With an Ice maker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer as well as coffee maker, dishwasher and large fridge freezer and not forgetting the oven and hob as well as the toaster, electric tin opener…. The list goes on.

BREAKFAST AREA - The breakfast area is a cosy area overlooking the pool and spa which is ideal for anyone wanting to sit down for a quick snack or perhaps just somewhere for the children to do their colouring.

GAMES AREA - The games area is perfect for those of you with a competitive streak. With a pool table, table soccer, electronic darts board and excercise bike, you will be making up your own rules in no time!!

1ST MASTER BEDROOM - The 1st Master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool as well as a large bathroom with corner bath, huge shower and his and hers sinks. You will also find a cable TV and Telephone so you will have feel right at home.

2ND MASTER BEDROOM - The 2nd Master bedroom is located on the first floor. With windows looking out in three directions, this is a beautiful room that has a lovely serenity from the rest of the villa. You will have your own space as well as Cable TV and en-suite bathroom..

3RD BEDROOM - The 3rd bedroom is very unique in this property because it has its very own en-suite bathroom. It has twin beds and Cable TV and is located on the ground floor.

4TH BEDROOM - The 4th bedroom in this property also has its own full bathroom. It is located directly outside the bedroom door and so isn’t strictly an en-suite bathroom, but it’s as good as. With twin beds and Cable TV, this bedroom is also located on the ground floor.

REAR OF PROPERTY - The rear of the villa has been carefully planted to give maximum privacy for anyone swimming in the pool or sunbathing on the deck. The palm trees and tropical plants that have been located around the pool enclosure give an almost jungle feel to the deck area. The only thing missing are the Monkeys swinging from the trees!!

CALABAY PARC - The villa is located at Calabay Parc which is recognised as one of the most sought after communities in the Walt Disney World area.
