The villa is large, spacious, light and airy – the accommodation comprises of 2100 sq. ft. of unashamed luxury - with this large area - there is room for everyone to rest, relax and enjoy their vacation.

The villa itself is large, extremely spacious  with high vaulted ceilings is light and airey.

The private screened pool (28’ x 15’) faces due south, overlooks a conservation area is completely private and NOT OVERLOOKED by the neighbours on either side, something which is VERY RARE in Florida these days.

Lanai/patio is a huge carpeted 28’ x 10’ covered lanai/patio, so if you  give the parks a miss one day - you can escape the intense heat of the mid-day sun, read a book and relax! It is furnished with sun loungers and a table and 8 chairs for dining ‘al-fresco’ - or step into the HOT TUB and relax even more. There is a plentiful supply of pool towels.

The pool can be heated during the winter months for a small extra charge.

Located just 3 minutes drive is Ventura Downs shopping mall  there are  grocery stores, Banks, Blockbuster video, fast foods outlets, and of course the local Dollar store, to name just a few – 1.25 miles drive the other way is a 24-hour Wal*mart superstore.

Should need a Doctor or Dentist both are less than half mile from our home.

"The Loop"  is Florida's newest shopper/dining experience is just 7 mins. drive on the Osceola Parkway - where you will find shops galore, dining is varied and caters for almost everyone! - whether it be a burger in an "authentic 50's style burger joint" or fine dining with a glass of wine - there is something for all tastes - plus a 16-screen cinema complex.

"The Loop East" is now under construction with JC PENNY being the first to open its doors, Olive Garden, Perkins plus a host of other stores are set to open during the coming months.  

The 417 Greenway, Florida Turnpike, Orange Blossom Trail and the 192 are all close by. Orlando International Airport is just 16 minutes in the car, which is great especially after a long haul flight, all the Disney Parks and Central Florida attractions such as Universal Studios, Wet & Wild etc are all within 15-30 minutes drive, and fortunately for people who get lost and have no sense of direction (like me!) we are just a couple of turnings from the Osceola Parkway - this is a direct road which takes you straight to Disney’s front door.

There are 2 family rooms/lounges, both having 2 large sofas, 1 has a large TV, VCR and DVD player, the other has a CD stereo music system with a selection of music (some you may even like!) and a selection of books.

The bedrooms are all large and have huge closets, allowing plenty of storage for all those extra clothes you are sure to buy, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own TV.

 A more formal dining room with the table set and laid ready for you, should you wish to dine in style or celebrate a special occasion, should you decide not to dine out the kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer with ice making, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all the usual small electrical appliances for you to whip up a culinary delight,should you decide to whip up an apple pie there is even a rolling pin! Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware, plus loads of plastic plates, glasses, mugs etc. for use outside by the pool; the kitchen which is huge also has a table and 4 chairs.

For baby the villa is equipped with a cot / crib with bedding, highchair, bed guard, changing mat and other bits and pieces! all at NO EXTRA CHARGE. There are 4 large boxes of games and toys for both children and adults.

We want you to enjoy the villa as it was designed – so we have deliberately omitted having any sleep sofas or rollaway beds, we also limit the number of weeks per year the villa is rented out – allowing us time to refurbish and keep the villa in pristine condition.

The villa has been inspected and is licensed by the State of Florida. rates are from £400 - £625 /$680 - $1060 - please give number of guests when asking for quote .

 Pool heat £70 or $120 per week

 Hot tub £15 or $30 per week.

We acceept U.S. Dollars. Also we welcome smaller numbers of guests. Please tell us how many guests when asking for a quote - Special offers are available at certain times of the year.
