Description Details

Our villa is a luxurious haven located at Sunset Ridge - it can accommodate 10 people easily in air-conditioned comfort, the villa has been personally furnished & carpeted throughout, offering 5 bedrooms (2 king size masters with bath/shower room), a main living area, kitchen, dining area and Lounge.

To the rear is an extended south facing screened sun deck with a 30 foot pool and Spa and with luxury sun loungers, chairs and table for your comfort.

Bedrooms There are 2 master bedrooms each with a king-size bed and their own bath/shower room, TV/DVD and door directly to the pool. A floor safe is installed in one master for your use. Three further bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a full size bed share the remaing two bathrooms, both with their own bath/shower. A cot and high chair is available for our younger guests if required.

Family room The family room has ceiling fan, large cable TV, DVD & CD player and opens onto the lanai (covered porch) and the southerly facing deck and 30 foot pool and spa.

Lounge The Lounge offers an additional living area with 2 comfortable couches and is an ideal haven as a study or reading room.

Dining The dining area provides a full size table with seating for 6 guests, plus an additional breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen.

Kitchen The large kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, refridgerator with ice machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle and of course a full selection of crockery and cutlery.

Pool, Deck & Spa Outside is a southerly facing screened deck area with 30 foot pool and Spa, which is perfect for year round sunshine whatever time of the day. It is furnished with comfortable patio furniture including sun loungers, recliners, 4 chairs & table.
