Come and stay in our beautiful three bed/2 bath villa with its own, private south-facing swimming pool, just minutes from DisneyWorld.
Located in Eagle Pointe, a delightful, beautiful community surrounded by pine trees with eagles soaring overhead, but just minutes from all the action that Orlando has to offer.
This quiet community is very popular with guests from all around the World. It's close proximity to DisneyWorld (a 12 minute drive away) is reached via Highway 192, the main thoroughfare to the theme parks where family entertainment, restaurants and shops are located. A 24 hour Walmart supermarket is located just 5 minutes drive away.
We are very proud of our villa and it is kept spotless by our local management company. Our villa is fully air-conditioned and on one level. The furnishings are of a high standard and we spend a large part of our vacation, maintaining and updating the villa.
The villa has a large lounge with three sofas, one of which is a Queen Sofabed. There are 4 Cable Tv's, PS2/Xbox with games, VCR, DVD and CD Stereo.
Double patio doors, which are alarmed - essential for small children in your party - lead out to the cover lanai (patio area) and the pool.
New for 2007 is wireless internet access, just bring along your laptop and keep in touch with friends and family or just surf the net. Also you can call home using our free local, long distance and international calls!
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric range, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, electric can opener, blender and coffee maker. There is ample crockery, cutlery and even Mickey Mouse glasses!
The Master Bedroom boasts a King Size Sleighbed, Cable TV, Ensuite Bathroom with his 'n' hers vanity sinks and oval shaped bath with overhead shower, Walk-in closet and double alarmed patio doors leading out to the pool area.
The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Sized Sleighbed, Cable TV/DVD/VCR, closet, chest of drawers and nightstand.
The 3rd Bedroom has twin beds decorated with a NASCAR racing theme, closet, drawers and nightstand. and a Cable TV.
The Family Bathroom is located in between the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms and has a vanity sink, bath with overhead shower.
Our SOUTH FACING pool is a great feature of our villa. With a covered patio area (lanai), padded sun loungers and chairs plus a table to dine from alfresco! what more could you ask for.
