Our beautiful vacation home in sunny Florida

We love our vacation home and know that you will to.

Our private, fully screened Pool and Spa are south facing. The Lanai, covered patio, is essential for alfresco meals and midday lounging, especially for the kids. The deck is spacious, great for soaking up the sun on the comfortable pool furniture and the kids love the pool toys. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for the little one's safety. The spa is fabulous. If its relaxation you're after, just step in and enjoy, you are on vacation after all.

The open plan ground floor has cathedral ceilings and wood flooring. The family room comfortably seats 8 and has 2 recliners, perfect for relaxing in front of the 32" television or DVD or just listen to some music after a day at the parks. The elegant dining area seats 6 with additional dining for 4 in the Kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and includes an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with built in ice maker, a stove and plenty of silverware, cutlery and cookware. We also have picnicware for poolside use.

The Master Bedroom is on the ground floor and has a spacious en-suite with a tub and shower. It also has a television, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, and full length mirrored closets (no standing on the bed to see your lower half). This Beautiful room also has French Windows leading out to the pool area.

On the next floor we have a spacious double bedroom with walk in wardrobe, large television, radio alarm clock and hairdryer.

The Dolphin room is an undervater extraviganze in calming blue, loved by children and adults this beautiful room also has an alarm clock and hairdryer. The family bathroom includes a tub with shower

The Floridian Style Loft, also on this floor is a spacious games area with 28" TV, DVD, Playstation 2 & games, foosball table, magnetic dartboard, games and books. It also has a futon which sleeps 2. We have a separate laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board and a downstairs half bathroom.

Other Complimentary extras include Wireless Internet access for your laptop. long distance and international telephone calls. safe. Telephone answering machine Crib, which can also be used as a playpen, a high chair, and a stroller. All towels and bed linen. Double garage. Our excellent local management company are on hand 24/7 just in case!
