Stay in this luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home based in the tranquil setting of the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course.
Everything is provided to ensure you have a relaxing vacation base. The large south facing pool, with extended deck, backs onto the beautifully landscaped golf course. With an open deck area, covered lanai and plenty of pool furniture it is the perfect secluded environment in which to relax after a busy day at the parks which are only 20 minutes away. The house is fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished with every facility provided to ensure a comfortable stay. It can sleep up to 8 adults/children, plus infants, and consists of a spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, large fitted kitchen/diner that overlooks the pool, a formal dining room, 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house and our guests are cared for by a local family who are just a phone call away, and unlike management companies, don’t stick to weekdays and office hours. Jerry and son Jeff will prepare the house for your arrival and deal personally with any problems.

Upstairs: provides a separate base for the children or another family. The upstairs master bedroom: has a quiet sitting area, luxury bedding, cabled television, DVD, plus views of the golf course. Family bathroom: - with bath and shower. Double bedroom: - with double bed, well furnished, luxury bedding and cabled television. Twin bedroom: - 2 single beds , well furnished, luxury bedding, cabled television. Southern Dunes is a secure 24 hour gated community with many facilities at the entrance including banks, all your favourite fast food outlets and a 24 hour Walmart Superstore. This spacious master bedroom has recently been redecorated and furnished. It consists of a US king size bed, dressing table, armoire with TV and video plus chest of drawers. In addition a small sofa bed provides a quiet sitting area and/or sleeping area for small child. The bedroom is served by a large en-suite bathroom with sinks, vanity unit, garden tub bath, toilet, separate shower plus large dressing/storage room.
