Stay in this luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home based in the tranquil setting of the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course.
Everything is provided to ensure you have a relaxing vacation base. The large south facing pool, with extended deck, backs onto the beautifully landscaped golf course. With an open deck area, covered lanai and plenty of pool furniture it is the perfect secluded environment in which to relax after a busy day at the parks which are only 20 minutes away. The house is fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished with every facility provided to ensure a comfortable stay. It can sleep up to 9 adults/children, plus infants, and consists of a spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, large fitted kitchen/diner that overlooks the pool, a formal dining room, 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house and our guests are cared for by a local British family who are just a phone call away.

For families with babies/younger children:
Crib, 2 strollers (one suitable from birth), highchair (suitable from birth), potty, plus a bed settee in master bedroom provides quiet sitting area, or a bed , for a young child you wish to stay in your room.
The master bedroom: A tropical theme with luxury furnishings and bedding, ceiling fan, cable TV, dvd player, wooden flooring and large en-suite bathroom with walk in dressing room. The master bedroom has a bed settee which provides a quiet sitting area plus, if required, an extra sleeping area for young children.
Downstairs single bedroom: A spacious single bedroom with cabled television, play station 2, luxury bedding, plenty of storage space plus tiled toilet/shower room opposite.
Upstairs:provides a separate base for the children or another family.
The upstairs master bedroom: has a quiet sitting area, luxury bedding, cabled television, DVD, plus views of the golf course.
Family bathroom: - a nautical theme with tiled floor, bath and shower.
Double bedroom: - The white room, with double bed, well furnished, luxury bedding and cabled television.
Twin bedroom: - A tropical theme with 2 single beds , well furnished, luxury bedding, cabled television.
Southern Dunes is a secure 24 hour gated community with many facilities at the entrance including banks, all your favourite fast food outlets and a 24 hour Walmart Superstore. The villa is 15 minutes from Disney main gate and Sea World, and around 30 minutes from Universal Studios.
