This EXCECUTIVE fully air conditioned Villa has THREE bedrooms. Two double bedrooms, one with large en-suite, and a twin bedroom.

It also has two luxurious bathrooms.

Our home can comfortably sleep up to 6 people, plus 1 infant. It has a large inviting hallway with separate laundry room off. The hallway opens up into the living room and separate dinning area.

The KITCHEN is well equipped with cooker/oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer,ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, together with all your plates, cutlery, etc. Situated off the kitchen is a "nook", or second dinning area where you can sit and look over the pool and lake. This nook opens out onto the pool area via patio doors.

The LIVING ROOM is well furnished with comfortable settee,love seat,, and chairs. It has a large American TV, CD/hi-fi, DVD player. We have supplied an extensive Music, and Book library, for your convenience. The room also has ceiling fan/light.

This light luxurious living room also opens out via patio doors onto the pool area and gives SOUTH FACING   views over the LAKE and CONSERVATION AREA. You can sit and look along the full length of the private Lake. The sunsets are stupendous from this house.

Why not fish the LAKE? The Lake is well stocked and fishing rods are supplied free if you fancy a relaxing few hours by the Lake after a busy day at the Parks.

You will see the various birds, turtles, mammals and other wild life which visit this beautiful Lake. Sit on the Lanai and relax with a glass of wine. We have supplied a comprehensive folder containing details of the Florida wild life to help you identify the numerous visitors.

The rear MASTER BEDROOM has the largest bed, available a Dual King sized bed, walk in wardrobe with personal Safe, ceiling fan/light wall mounted TV and DVD, clock radio, dressing table and bedside cabinets and lamps, and opens into a large en suite bathroom, with facilities including separate his/hers wash basins, separate bath tub, separate large walk in shower, and a separate roomed toilet.

This bedroom looks South over the pool/lake affording both privacy and astounding views along the full length of the lake.

The SECOND double bedroom has a large Queen sized bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan/light, wall mounted TV and DVD, clock radio, bedside cabinets and lamps, and is adjacent to the second bathroom, which is designed with matching colours and textures.

The THIRD bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes, and ceiling fan/light, wall mounted TV and DVD, clock radio, bedside cabinet and lamp. This bedroom has access to the second bathroom. The home has a new cot, play pen, and high chair, available free if required. The second luxurious bathroom has wash basin, separate bath/shower and toilet.

Outside is a beautiful covered pool, over 24' long by over 15' across, it varies in depth from 3' to over 6' and faces South onto the lake and conservation. This ensures all day sun in a totally covered pool to protect you from any insects but still enabling a tan. [You have NO FENCES or OTHER HOMES behind you here, just OPEN VIEWS, and due to the size of the lake you are ensured privacy to swim and sunbathe at your leisure.]

The extended deck or lanai, gives plenty of room for the sun beds and chairs, (no fighting to get your towels out in the morning here !) The pool and lanai has lights for those cooling evening swims after the "parks". The pool can be heated in the cooler months. However due to the South facing aspect, the pools stays warm throughout the other months.  

There is a purpose built shaded area by the pool, leading from the nook to the pool, which has further table/chairs with a ceiling fan/light for those evening drinks by the pool, or those necessary "cooling off periods". (Please note the sun is very strong in Florida all year round so bring plenty of sun tan cream!.)
