At Sunset Lakes

Sunset lakes is a private gated community only 5 miles west of Disney World, a small community of homes surrounding 2 private lakes. The lakes and surrounding conservation land make it hard to imagine that you are only minutes from the shops and restaurants of Hwy 192. This really is the perfect location, you can easily visit the parks, return to relax around your own private south facing lakeside pool and be back at the parks later in minutes.

On site facilities include a community pool, cabana, children's play area and purpose built fishing dock.

Our spacious, bright 2600 sq ft 5 bed, 3.5 bath villa has ample space for your family and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. After a fun day at the Parks you can relax in your own private, air conditioned and well decorated villa.

The beautiful south facing swimming pool has a large deck area equipped with quality pool furniture together with table and chairs for dining outside. The large lanai provides cover from the sun and  has a ceiling fan. Also on the deck is a Spa/hot tub and gas BBQ. What could be better than relaxing with a drink by your own private pool as the sun goes down.

Our home also has the benefit of free Wifi internet access and free local telephone calls.

On the ground floor we have a family room complete with large 42" Plasma TV and stereo. The formal living room, including a large TV is separated from the family room and quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing moment. The breakfast area has patio doors leading to the pool.There is also a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room on this floor and a GAMES room with Pool Table, Foosball table and more!

Upstairs the master bedroom has King size bed, Tv and DVD. The en suite master bathroom has a walk in closet, large walk in shower and full bath. There are 2 further double bedrooms and two twin rooms on this floor along with 2 further bathrooms. All bedrooms have cable Tv and ceiling fans.
