Sleeping 9 persons in style and comfort this villa is ideal for all ages.
For your peace of mind our home is registered and licensed for rental use and conforms to all the relevant safety and security regulations.
We have a monitored alarm, smoke detectors, air conditioning, emergency lighting, ceiling fans and an electronic keypad entrance control so there are no worries about losing the keys!

We provide FREE of of charge High Speed WIRELESS Internet access, just bring your own laptop.

Living accommodations...

The family room has satelite TV, a VCR/DVD player with an ever increasing selection of family movies with games and books for the children.
The second living room overlooks the pool and is ideal for those quieter moments - just imagine yourself on the large comfortable sofa listening to the CD Hi-FI play your favourite music, cool drink in hand relaxing after a fun filled Floridian day....

For your dining pleasure we have the breakfast nook, formal dining area and of course by the pool. We believe in furnishing our guests for every occasion and you will find enough crockery and cutlery (flatware) for a full dinner party!

The Pool
The finishing touch to your dream villa is the pool - fully screened with a large covered area for those preferring the shade and plenty of deck for sun bathing. Furnished with 4 sun beds, 8 chairs and a large table.
What could be better than a meal sitting besides your own sparkling pool - theres even a BBQ provided for a real outdoors cooking experience.

Hot Tub
What can we say about the latest addition to our home, not to be confused with a lesser pool spa or bubble tub, this is a full on Hydro Therapy tub with 6 seats all with individual jet configurations to sooth and refresh you.

All access points to the pool and hot tub areas are alarmed to ensure no-one can enter un-noticed, particularily important if you have children in your party.
We provide FREE Pool toys, safety floats along with sports equipment (tennis rackets, basketball, badminton set) to use at the free on-site facilities.

Kitchen
The fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen has all the appliances you would expect. All crockery and cuttlery/utensils are provided along with plenty of non-breakables for use by the pool.

Bedrooms
The villa is ideal for 2 families wishing to share as the bedrooms are located to either side of the villa affording privacy.

The Master suite with US King size bed, satelite TV,VCR/DVD player, large mirrord dresser, large walk-in closet and the en-suite bathroom of dreams...

The Queen room with satelite TV, VCR player, large mirrored dresser, large closet and a bathroom directly adjacent affording private facilities.

The further 2 bedrooms are ideally served by the 3rd bathroom. One room sleeps 3 with a twin and a bunk bed with the other room sleeping 2 plus an infant in a bunk and full sized crib. These rooms are just perfect for the kids!

For our younger guests we provide FREE of charge cots(cribs), highchair, car seat and strollers (pushchairs)

A plentifull supply of luxurious linens and towels are provided FREE of charge including pool towels, plus there are hairdryers in every bathroom.

The washer and dryer are located in the Double Garage and very easy to use - why take numerous suitcases when you can quickly wash and dry at the villa (nothing ever really needs ironing after use in the dryer but we have provided one just in case!)
