Our detached property is located in Rotonda, a residential community in Charlotte County in South West Florida. The villa backs onto a freshwater canal where fishing is allowed. Seven golf courses are within five miles. Shops and restaurants are within a short driving distance.

Accommodation - The entrance to the villa opens onto an open plan spacious carpeted lounge with cable TV/VCR/DVD and hi-fi music system and is comfortably furnished. Sliding patio doors open to the pool deck area. The adjoining dining facility has a table and six chairs and pool access is through French doors. There are further sliding patio doors from the dining area.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with cooker, fitted microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The utility area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with large washing machine and tumble drier. Ironing board, iron and a large cool box is provided at the villa.

There are three bedrooms in the property; two with queen beds and one is twin-bedded, and all bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom with queen bed has an en suite bathroom with full size bath and walk in luxury shower. A hairdryer is supplied. Sliding patio doors to give a panoramic view of the pool deck. The second bedroom also has queen bed and has sliding patio doors to the pool deck. The third bedroom has twin beds.

The second bathroom is located between bedrooms two and three. Further hairdryer supplied.

A double sleeper/sofa is in the den where a second TV is available.

The 30’ solar heated pool is within a 50’ pool cage and the area is furnished with large patio table, six chairs and four loungers. A gas barbecue is provided for outdoor eating. Gas for the barbecue included in rental.

A shower is within the pool cage.

The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. All linen and towels, with the exception of beach towels, are provided.

Integral double garage and two adult bicycles and a childs bicycle available.

Local British Management Company available in Englewood. Cleaning on departure included in rental.

Rental charges from £550.00 per week. Minimum of 7 days rental from any day of the week.
