 Master Bedroom Luxurious designer king bed (6’), silk filled bed topper with egytian cotton sheets, ceiling fan and LCD TV & DVD PLAYER, featuring a sand stone cultured Marble Bath and Vanity Areas, with his and hers walk- in wardrobes, safe for guests use, there is also a sitting room with chaise looking out over the pool and gardens which has patio doors leading out onto the pool area.

2nd Master Bedroom Ornate queen bed (5’ 6”), silk filled bed topper with egytian cotton sheets, ceiling fan and T.V. with 2 Wardrobes and full bathroom and located upstairs providing comfort and privacy, this room is very spacious.

Double Bedroom/3rd Master Double bed with silk filled bed topper and egytian cotton sheets, fitted wardrobes and with Digital Cable TV and shower room with W.C. across the hall. This shower room also doubles as a poolside shower room as there is direct access from the pool area.

1st Twin Bedroom Padded bed topper, egyptian cotton sheets, with full shared bathroom, large wardrobe, themed with Pooh Bear.

2nd Twin Bedroom Padded bed topper, egyptian cotton sheets, with full shared bathroom and large wardrobe.

Large Shared full Bathroom Double vanities, full bath and shower and toilet, this is located between the two twin rooms.

Family Room Spacious 22’ x 14’, with large 56" T.V. with digital cable (300+ channels) and BLUE RAY PLAYER, comfy leather corner sofa with sprung queen size pull out bed and ceiling fan.

The pool is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater lighting, and an electric heater for the cooler months in the winter. Pool heating is optional, may be required from December – March only.

Cindy, We had a great time visiting Sea World and Universal Studio. At the end of the day it was wonderful to come back to Walts World to relax. The kids had a fun time swimming and enjoyed the gameroom. The area had everything we needed and was NOT congested with traffic. Staying at Walt's World is like a vacation within a vacation! Cindy, Just wanted to send a quick thank you. The house was wonderful as always and we had a great time. I have not decided on my dates for next year, but I will let you know within the next month or two. My oldest is a senior next year, so we are accommodating her schedule. I was curious if my security had been mailed back yet? I thought it said 2-3 weeks and this Saturday will be 4. Please let me know at your convenience. 19th April 2010  Dear Cindy Had a great time on our break to Florida. Your villa catered for our every need. The kids in particular enjoyed all the stuffed toys and the pool!! Thank you so much for trying to arrange our accomodation after our flight to the UK was cancelled. We now have an extra ten days in Floirda before we get home and only wish we could spend them here. March 8 - 22nd  WOW - fantastic - It was great to pretend this was my home for 2 weeks. It was special as we had originally planned to bring my Mum but she passed away before we booked up..... so although sadness this home brought us happiness Many thanks Sharon, Dave, Jacob and Daniel.

Hi Cindy,
We enjoyed our stay at your villa very much. The surrounding area and neighbourhood was picturesque and all amenities were close at hand.
My 9 mths grand son was happy as you left the villa with everything he would need, stroller, high chair, cot, sheets and blankets and even a baby monitor.
Although the weather was the coldest it has been in 21 years we still had a great time visiting the theme parks and watching some good films on the cable tv.
It was great having internet access as I could keep in touch with the rest of the family on a daily basis and work, yes you heard right, work, lol
The pool was sparkling clean and the laser lights looked great.
We have booked again for 2011 as the villa has a lovely homely feeling, thanks Cindy for all the help and advice concerning car hire, theme parks etc,

GUESTS COMMENT THIS CHRISTMAS 2009 - Hi Cindy, Thanks for allowing us to use your place over the holidays. It was a hit! Everybody loved it and we have new converts in the family-rent a villa not a hotel room. The place was exactly as pictured but even better in person. The Christmas tree and welcome wreath were unexpected and much enjoyed. Of course the young set in our group lived in the game room. They always travel with their own Wii and PS3 gear, and with everything else already in that space, they were set. They loved it! In fact, they were the ones pushing, pushing me to find a home to rent so everyone could be together. Walts World wowed them as soon as they walked in the door. It was great!! Thanks again. Pearl

Just to thank you for letting us use your lovely villa the last two weeks. I have written in the guest book but not sure when you were going next. So just to say when we opened the door when we arrived at the villa we couldnt believe how beautiful it was, its so spacious and immaculately decorated. We have had a fantastic family vacation there, the children loved the pool the adults the games room. The information booklets were so detailed and very helpful and love ly little touches we all agreed you had not forgotten a thng. We were all so looking forward to this special holiday for our anniversary and you and walts world made it extra special.
