POOL

The villa has its very own SOUTH FACING 28’ x 14’ privately screened pool complete with luxury poolside furniture for your enjoyment. The pool area is completely private and un-overlooked and has views of landscaped lawns and orange groves. The extended pool and decking area provides ample space for the whole family to play, or relax as you choose, and being South Facing means you get the very best of the Florida sunshine the whole year round! For those moment when all you want is a long cool drink in the shade, you can retreat under the huge lanai and just relax.

GAMES ROOM

A brand new Games Room has been installed equipped with high spec 8’ slate bed POOL TABLE, FOOTBALL/FOOSBALL and ELECTRONIC DART BOARD (Soft Tip Darts). Superb indoor entertainment for the whole family!

LIVING AREA

The living area has a fantastic high vaulted ceiling, which provides a cool, bright and spacious environment in which the whole family can relax together after an action packed day. The room consists of two large sofas, (one of which folds out into a queen size bed), coffee table, large TV complete with cable channels and a video/DVD system. To help keep everyone entertained there is also a selection of films, music CD’s, books & board games.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

The villa has two Master bedrooms both with luxury en-suite facilities. The first master bedroom has a KING sized bed and the second has a QUEEN sized bed. Both masters have built-in closet, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. Both en-suite bathrooms come complete with a walk-in shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and vanity mirrors. The first Master Suite has the added luxury of a large walk-in closet, tub bath and ‘His’ & ‘Her’ wash basins. The two twin bedrooms consist of a large built-in closet and two set of drawers. Located between the twin bedrooms is a third bathroom with large bath/shower, wash basin and WC. All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, hairdryer, clock radio and bedside lamps. All the bed linen and towels are provided for your needs, but we do ask that you bring your own beach towels, or why not pick up a bargain at the local shops!

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST NOOK

The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all modern appliances including a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a large selection of crockery and cutlery. The essential coffee machine is also provided for those early morning rises in readiness for the theme parks. Adjoining the kitchen, is the breakfast nook, which contains a table and four chair. As the name suggests, is the ideal location to have breakfast, or an informal meal while looking out of the bay window.

UTILITY ROOM

If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine and tumble drier located in the dedicated utility room complete with ironing board, iron and laundry basket. Additional drying facilities can also be found in the large double garage.

FORMAL DINING

The formal dining area is conveniently located between the kitchen and living area and is complete with contemporary designed table and 6 chairs.
