Our extremely spacious, lakeside home (2000 square feet of air conditioned living space)is situated in the quiet exclusive Wellington Lakes residential development on the southern outskirts of Fort Myers, on Florida's South West Gulf Coast. Close to beaches, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Naples, and the Everglades.

Ideally located for a wonderful vacation, our single family home is near beautiful white sand beaches offering both water sports and quiet seclusion. The Fort Myers - Sanibel area has something for everyone : romantic sunsets, fishing and golf activities, wildlife in the local nature reserves and eco parks, museums, restaurants, and shops, or just sit back, relax and watch the wildlife from the large screened pool deck.

Our home has an open plan living area with large lounge, dining area and breakfast room, fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms (master with king, one queen and one twin) and den/sitting room, two bathrooms one en-suite. Cable TVs and ceiling fans in all rooms. In addition there is a stereo system, DVD, and answer phone in the lounge, and VCR and telephone in the den / sitting room which also has a high speed DSL internet line.

The extra large, 1150 square feet, screened pool deck contains the 28’ x 14’ heated pool which has the benefits of BOTH solar and electric heating to maximize pool temperatures during the winter months and a pool cover on a roller. The lanai has a large table, six chairs and a fan for those al fresco meals and four sunbeds for those lazy days. A gas grill / BBQ is provided for cooking your outdoor meals.
