Situated on the Westbury estate our brand new villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of these are en-suite, the other 2 are twin beds plus a sofa bed in the family room ideal for 2 families yet comfortable for one family.

There is a large 14’x28’ private pool with extra decking for sun bathing. There is a table and chairs so you can sit outside for that evening drink or morning breakfast. 2 reclining chairs so you can relax either under the lanai or out in the sun with your feet up on the footstool, or for the sun worshipper a lounger where you can lie down and top up that tan plus various pool toys to help keep children entertained. All this inside a screen of which the lower part has been fitted with Florida glass, a frosted mesh, which allows you to swim or sunbath in added privacy from neighbouring villas.

Only 1 mile from the interstate 4 it is ideally positioned to provide access to both coasts, with all the major attractions within a 30 minute drive, (less than the average drive to work !!).

The villa is equipped with all the modern conveniences so it becomes a home from home, cable TV in the family room and master bedrooms, stereo, DVD player with a selection of family films and board games for all to enjoy. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker, washer and dryer.
Kids a Disney bedroom just for you with its own Disney TV.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided so all you have to bring is the important stuff, swimming costume, some tee shirts and shorts and some clean undies (beach towel optional), leaving you plenty of space for the bargain buys.

COMPLEMENTARY national and international phone calls as well as access to the Internet (if you have a local dial up code for your provider, not broadband).

Golf widows beware nowhere else will you find so many championship golf courses so close. There are over 20 golf courses within a 20 mile radius including Southern Dunes and Champions Gate.

As a safety feature for those with young children, all pool doors are alarmed so the children cannot enter the pool area from the villa without you knowing.
