Dream Villa

Our executive 5 bedroom/4 bathroom luxury home is in the exclusive, tranquil community of Orange Tree within easy reach of Disneys attractions & world class golf courses. The community has sidewalks (pavements), street lights, a childrens playground, tennis courts, basket ball courts & a soccer field! All this is set amongst beautiful orange groves. Also within a few minutes drive are 24 hour gas stations, supermarkets & restaurants. Our home has two areas for relaxing – the spacious family room is lavishly furnished, complete with cable TV, DVD & video. There is pool access from this room. The separate living room is a quieter area with CD player. There is a fully fitted kitchen which includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (with ice maker and water dispenser), coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is free wireless internet access and also free international telephone calls to landlines. There is a separate fully equipped laundry room, with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board to remind you of home. There is a dining room for formal dining as well as a breakfast area (nook) next to the kitchen – this also has access to the pool. Our home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 Master suites, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed, each with their own en-suite facilities. There are 3 further bedrooms. One has a double bed. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a large walk in shower. From this shower room there is a door which has access to the pool area. There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds. These two bedrooms are served by a further bathroom which is situated between the two bedrooms. This bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and sink. There are 2 Master bedrooms each having access to the pool area through patio doors. Each of these bedrooms has it’s own private En-suite bathroom with garden tub (bath), large walk in shower, ‘his’ and ‘hers’ sinks and toilet. This means that if there is more than one couple sharing the home there is no argument over who has the ‘best’ bedroom. Every bedroom has a TV. There is also a Playstation 2 to keep the children happy. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes (closets) providing ample space for hanging your clothes. There are several hairdryers available in the house. All bed linen and towels are provided. The larger than average screened pool has a raised deck with spa. There is underwater lighting for night-time bathing. The pool is surrounded by a large fully furnished patio and covered lanai. This area is perfect for taking a relaxing day away from the theme parks. Our home backs on to conservation area. Giving both an attractive backdrop and privacy.
