The Den/Bedroom 6 is a separate room off the living room through a pair or double doors. It also has comfortable seating TV & DVD the sofa will also pull out to make a Queen size bed.

The Utility room has full size large loading washing machine and tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board.

Bedroom two aptly named ‘Savannah’ has a queen size bed; ample storage space, TV and full en-suite walk in shower.
Bedroom three has a queen size bed with ample storage space, TV, separate dressing and make-up area leading into the large walk in shower in the bathroom.
Bedroom four has a large double bed again with ample storage space and walk in dressing closet; this room also has an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.
Bedroom five the children’s bedroom has twin beds with plenty of toys to keep them amused. A large wardrobe, Mickey Mouse TV and DVD player .
There is also on the top landing a writing desk and chair. In addition to this there is a computer point for those wishing to continue their business with their laptops.
For those who enjoy alfresco dining our covered Patio with dining table and cooling fan is just the place to sit and converse the days activities over a glass of chilled wine and freshly cooked food off the barbecue. Tv point if you need to catch up on the news.
There is a large swimming pool with a set in sun shelf along with special coloured effect underwater lighting for a night time swim, surrounded with tropical plants you can also relax and unwind in our 6’ x 6’ spa tub with water cascade

As from Jan 2005 tax is 10% on all amounts.
Credit Cards can be taken although there is a credit card charge at the reduced rate of 2%
A refundable breakage’s deposit of £500.00 is required with full balance returned 2 weeks after your departure
