Accommodation is provided by three master bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and showers; two further bedrooms are furnished with twin beds both with access to the fourth bathroom. The spacious main Family Room is comfortably furnished and fitted with a ceiling fan. The adjoining dining area is beautifully furnished for formal dining for six. A breakfast nook provides further dining for seven persons. The adjacent fitted kitchen is fully equipped including breakfast bar, dishwasher, large fridge with icemaker and water cooler. Nearby is a laundry room complete with large automatic washing machine and dryer. A Second Family Room, located on the ground floor can also be used as a further bedroom if required. The private screened pool area is not overlooked and is in a quiet secluded location overlooking a landscaped garden. The family room and the first master bedroom access directly to the large covered lanai, which is provided with a full range of luxury patio furniture. The lanai leads to a large pool and spa (hot tub) with extended sun deck. The pool can be heated and pool lighting provides the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after dark. (There is a child safety fence available). The combination of a relaxed atmosphere and private garden view makes the pool area a wonderful retreat from the busy theme parks and shops. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is tranquil, stylish and elegant but at the same time located at the heart of one of the most exciting holiday destinations in the world being ideally positioned to provide an excellent base for a truly wonderful holiday in Central Florida. Local shopping malls including supermarkets, pharmacy, and a variety of dining places are a few minutes drive away. If serious shopping is on the agenda then the Orlando area will be your fantasy come true.
