Master Suite  - has a pillow-top king-size bed, cable TV, DVD and a large bathroom with walk-in wardrobe closet, spacious shower stall, double sink and soaking tub. 

Bedrooms 2 & 3 - each have twin beds with their own full bathroom located between them.

All bedrooms - are equipped with lots of closets, dressers, linens, towels and sheets.

Family room - has 2 large couches; one pulls out to a queen-size bed, cable TV, VCR/DVD.

The home & development also feature - two indoor dining areas and central air conditioning system. A crib and highchair are available at no additional cost. The home's community development offers 2 adult pools, children's interactive swimming pool, large playground, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, and a recreation center. Many golf courses, restaurants, and shopping areas are within 15 minutes.

Property Management  - is performed locally and privately (by family) so responses to any needs or concerns are always handled promptly. The home is fully licensed by the Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation Division of Hotels and Restaurants and registered with the State of Florida.

We are pet friendly.

Plenty of guidebooks, brochures and maps are provided in the home. We are sure you will be completely happy with the vacation home.  All rates listed below include taxes.

Activities (on-site & nearby)- Screened-in and heated pool in your backyard! In the neighborhood is the community center (walking distance) with 2 adult pools, children's interactive swimming pool, large playground, tennis court, sand volleyball court, basketball court. Nearby are Disney Amusement Parks (10 miles), Universal Studios (30 minutes), Sea World, water parks, Downtown Disney, Golf (several courses from 5 to 30 minutes), miniature golf (several courses), shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, hiking, biking.

Holiday Weeks - $750/week

Additional fees: 

• Deposit-to-Hold is $300. 
• Security Deposit $250 (refundable)
• Non-refundable Pet Fee - $200 
• Cleaning fee (if pets are present ) $200 (refundable).
• Pool heat - $15/night

Final Payment and $250 Security Deposit due 45 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit and Cleaning Fees (for pets only) are refunded after checkout.
