Superb 4 Bed 3 Bathroom Villa at Calabay Parc

Our Superb luxurious villa is the perfect setting for your dream vacation to the sunny State of Florida. Situated in the superior community of Calabay Parc on Highway 27, Walt Disney World can be reached by car in just 10 minutes - with the area’s other major attractions near by. Our comfortable Villa provides a home from home atmosphere that includes its own outdoor heated swimming pool alongside many other desirable amenities that will make a special unforgettable vacation in the World’s number one holiday destination.

Our spacious, air conditioned, home comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two en-suite master bedrooms with queen size beds and generous storage facilities. Two further spacious bedrooms, both with twin beds, and a third guest bathroom help to provide a relaxing living space for up to eight members of your party. The double sofa bed in the family room can provide scope for up to 10 guests to stay.

The living accommodation totals a spacious 1929 square feet that includes a family room, games room, well equipped modern kitchen with breakfast area, a separate formal Dining room and laundry room. A wireless internet connection has also been installed, so bring your laptop along and keep in touch with family and friends.

The family room has a comfortable sofa and chairs for you to relax in after a hectic day exploring the parks. There is cable TV and a DVD Player complete with a selection of family films to keep everyone entertained. A variety of board games and books are also provided for your enjoyment. A range of Orlando guidebooks provide hints and tips on park visiting including suggestions as to which days are best to visit each park. A ceiling fan provides extra comfort on those hot Orlando evenings.

For further family fun our Villa has a newly furnished games room containing an extensive range of games for everyone to enjoy. There is a deluxe 8 ft slate Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table soccer. Again a ceiling fan provides a pleasant environment to enjoy the games.

Our Kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and a fridge freezer that incorporates an icemaker serving Ice and chilled water. Should you wish to cook in the Villa, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for you to use. We also provide dinnerware suitable for the Pool Area.

Located just of the kitchen is a separate dining room for formal evening meals and entertaining. The breakfast area, complete with large bay window and seating, offers another option for meal times. A telephone providing free local and international calls is located in this area.

The laundry room provides all the facilities you will need to wash your clothes before returning home, should you wish to do so.

The first master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with en-suite facilities consisting of a huge corner bath, large walk in shower, twin basins and separate toilet. There is a mirror and dresser on which there is cable TV, two night stands with lamps and large walk in closet containing a security safe which is provided for you to use free of Charge. A telephone providing the free calls is also located in here together with a radio alarm clock. A ceiling fan is provided for extra comfort. Both of our master bedrooms have direct secure access out to the Pool Area.

The second master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, large walk in shower, basin and toilet. There is a mirror and dresser on which there is cable TV and a VCR player with films, two night stands with lamps and large walk in closet. A radio alarm clock is also provided in here.

The third bedroom has twin single beds, a nightstand with lamp, chest of drawers on which there is cable TV and a Play Station 2 with a selection of games. A large closet is also provided.

The fourth bedroom also has twin single beds, a nightstand with lamp, chest of drawers and large closet. Cable TV is also provided in here together with a CD Player.

The third bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, basin and toilet.

All bed linens, Towels and Pool Towels are provided in the Villa. A hairdryer is provided in each of the bathrooms.

For our smaller guests, we have provided a Cot and Bedding, Highchair and Stroller all free of charge. These can be found the in the closet of the second master bedroom.

Our villa has a secluded private screened pool area with a heated pool, covered lanai and extended sun deck, which is in full sun all day. We have recently had the large area at the rear of our pool cage landscaped to include a south facing sun patio and planting, including palm trees. The pool area is not directly overlooked and the pool and lanai have lighting and are ideal for after dark entertainment. Pool Toys and a Charcoal family sized BBQ are also supplied for your enjoyment. A range of luxury pool furniture compliments the area.

Calabay Parc is ideally situated for visiting the major attractions central Orlando has to offer. The community is approximately 5 minutes north of Interstate 4, the highway from which there is access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and the main shopping malls.

Highway 27, is also a convenient starting point for travelling further a field to places such a Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach, Busch Gardens, the Gulf Coast and Silver Springs.

Highway 192 is less than a five minute drive north. Here you can find Splendid China and many restaurants, shops and other amenities.

Calabay Parc is an immaculate maintained community consisting of short-term rental homes. It has now established itself as one of the most desirable communities on which to stay. There is a Tot’s lot with swings, slide etc for the little ones.


Amenities in the area include a Wallgreens pharmacy and petrol station, south on Highway 27. Approximately ½ mile north you will find a publix supermarket, Chinese and Pizza takeaway and 4 miles north there is a huge Wal-Mart Supermarket.

For the golfers, you will find Champions gate golf course, which was designed by Greg Norman within 5 minutes drive of the Villa.

Calabay Parc prides itself on the quality and appearance of the site and all villas are built to a high standard, are well designed, fully equipped and comfortably furnished to provide all you need for a superb holiday. The villa satisfies all fire and safety regulations, including fitted pool alarms, and we have a friendly and helpful local management company who will be happy to assist with any queries and are available 24 hours a day, should the need arise.
