'The Glen' our beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated on the acclaimed Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. The villa overlooks orange groves and the Eighth fairway beyond. With two master suites, it is ideal for two families sharing or a larger party of up to 12 people.The Glen is right next door to our other two villas - ideal for parties requiring more than one villa in close proximity. The first family room is comfortably furnished with large sofas, one being a pull out double bed, cable TV with a choice of over 60 chanels, DVD & VCR and a selection of books, cds, dvds & board games. Sliding doors lead to the pool and patio area. The attractive dining area is fully equipped for formal meals and adjoins a second spacious sitting room. Imagine relaxing in here with a glass of wine discussing the day and making plans for tomorrow, while the kids watch a DVD in the other family room.We have also included a personal computer with broadband Internet access; whether you use it to keep in touch with family and friends or for business or just for fun!All national and international telephone calls are free using the latest technology. The kitchen fulfils all your culinary needs with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator-freezer with ice-maker & filtered water dispenser, waste disposal unit and ample storage space & worktops. If you decide to eat in, there is ample crockery, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, toaster etc. There is also a table & chairs in the adjoining breakfast area for a quick breakfast before starting a busy day. The separate laundry room is fitted with automatic washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, so there's no need to take home a case full of washing, this leads to a spacious double garage. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans with centre lights for added comfort & convenience, walk-in wardrobes, table lamps and intercom and radio. The luxurious Master Bedroom was completely re-furnished in August 2004. It now has a beautiful suite of cherry wood furniture including King sized bed dressed with luxury linens and large screen cable tv. This room also features floor mounted safe, telephone & alarm clock. The en-suite bathroom has a double walk-in shower, large marble corner bath & double vanity basins. A second master bedroom, situated conveniently on the ground floor, now includes a queen sized bed, standard TV and also has an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over, vanity unit & WC). There are a further 3 twin bedded rooms, one with standard tv and one with a friendly dolphin theme for dolphin lovers of all ages. These rooms are served by the third bathroom which inlcudes bath with shower over, twin basins & WC. The extra large deck with 32ft x 16.5ft swimming pool & hot tub is the ideal place to relax at the end of a busy day. Overlooking the eighth fairway with orange trees and nature reserve beyond, the patio is an ideal spot for a lazy day or a perfect spot to watch the magnificent Floridian Sunsets. The deck benefits from sun all day and we provide everything you could wish for to enjoy your stay; comfortable padded sun loungers, a table & chairs for al-fresco dining and even a gas barbecue.
