The Glen

'The Glen' our beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated on the acclaimed Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. The villa overlooks orange groves and the Eighth fairway beyond. The first family room is furnished with comfortable sofas, cable TV with a choice of over 60 chanels, DVD & VCR and a selection of books, cds, dvds & board games. Sliding doors lead to the pool and patio area. The attractive dining area is fully equipped for formal meals and adjoins a second lounge with large screen tv. Imagine relaxing in here with a glass of wine discussing the day and making plans for tomorrow, while the kids watch a DVD in the other family room. We have also included a personal computer with broadband Internet access & 26" monitor; whether you use it to keep in touch with family and friends or for business or just for fun! It even has a wireless router so if you prefer to bring your own laptop, you can surf by the pool! All national and international telephone calls are free using the latest technology.

The kitchen fulfils all your culinary needs with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator-freezer with ice-maker & filtered water dispenser, waste disposal unit and ample storage space & worktops. If you decide to eat in, there is ample crockery, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, toaster etc. There is also a table & chairs in the adjoining breakfast area for a quick breakfast before starting a busy day. The separate laundry room is fitted with automatic washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, so there's no need to take home a case full of washing, this leads to a spacious games room including full sized pool table which converts easily to a table tennis table, air hockey table and darts board.

All the bedrooms have ceiling fans with centre lights for added comfort & convenience, walk-in wardrobes, table lamps, cable TV and intercom and radio. The luxurious Master Bedroom includes a beautiful suite of cherry wood furniture with King sized bed dressed with luxury linens and large screen cable tv. This room also features floor mounted safe, telephone & alarm clock. The en-suite bathroom has a double walk-in shower, large marble corner bath & double vanity basins.

A second master bedroom, situated conveniently on the ground floor, now includes a queen sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over, vanity unit & WC). There are a further 3 twin bedded rooms, one with PS2 and one with a friendly dolphin theme for dolphin lovers of all ages. These rooms are served by the third bathroom which inlcudes bath with shower over, twin basins & WC.

The extra large deck with 32ft x 16.5ft swimming pool & hot tub is the ideal place to relax at the end of a busy day. Overlooking the eighth fairway with orange trees and nature reserve beyond, the patio is an ideal spot for a lazy day or a perfect spot to watch the magnificent Floridian Sunsets. The deck benefits from sun all day and we provide everything you could wish for to enjoy your stay; comfortable padded sun loungers and a table & chairs for al-fresco dining. 

Highlands Reserve, situated off US Highway 27 , is one of the most prestigous holiday & residential golfing communities in the Orlando area. It is set in a peaceful location amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees & orange groves. It is ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions of the area and only 3 minutes away from a variety of shops. All our villas offer uninterrupted views over the Par 72 Championship golfcourse. There is also a tennis court on site, a communal pool, a club house serving snacks, a driving range & an adventure playground for the little ones!!!

.........We came back Florida a few days ago and had a wonderful time!!  We all absolutely LOVED your beautiful home!!  It was spacious for all of us and had everything we needed.  We enjoyed the heated pool and relaxed by it during the day and evening when we weren't out and about.  Your home is located in a perfect spot - so close to Disney/MGM and actually for going to Key Largo we just had to turn right on Hwy. 27 and drive 209 miles south!  Couldn't have been easier!  Thanks again for allowing us to use your home, it was perfect and we'd definitely love to come back to stay at your home again....
