We wish you a warm welcome to our family home at the prestigious community of Eagle Pointe in Kissimmee - prime Disney location.

Our luxurious fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom family home is furnished to a very high standard with 2 bathrooms. It is set on the edge of a tranquil lake within landscaped gardens and is within easy reach of all major Orlando attactions - Disney is under 10 minutes drive away so Micky Mouse really is on your door-step!

The idyllic setting which offers privacy, seclusion and tranquil lakeside views will make the perfect location for your vacation here with us at Eagle Pointe.

Our home has a large private heated swimming pool with covered lanai and extended screened pool deck allowing for both sunbathing and outside dining - overlooking a large lake and conservation area. Watch the night fireworks light the sky from your pool deck.

For the perfect way to start a day enjoy breakfast alfresco whilst watching the sun rise over the lake!!

Come evening enjoy one of newest features - multi-sensory pool lighting. This unique feature comes to light after dark. Turn the pool lighting on and enjoy the changing colours of the pool. The effects are proven to be very enjoyable and therapeutic.

"Cable TV in all the bedrooms"

The large master bedroom contains a King size bed, cable TV and DVD, walk in wardrobe and large en-suite with corner bath, twin vanities, shower cubicle and separate toilet. The swimming pool may be accessed from the master bedroom via patio doors that look out onto the lake and beyond. The 2nd luxurious themed bedroom offers a Queen size bed, again with Cable TV, and the third fun Disney bedroom has twin beds with Cable TV. The large open-planned kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances with separate laundry room with washer/dryer and ironing facilities. The kitchen overlooks bright family / TV room. For your enjoyment this has cable TV, DVD player, VHS player and a CD music system. There is a selection of movies on DVD plus music CD's for your enjoyment. There is also a selection of board games and books for your use (and plenty for the kids too).

For added luxury there is a second elegent formal lounge with dining area - ideal for breaking away from the rest of the family or more of a family occasion dinner. This second lounge also has a double sofa bed.

** GREAT GAMES ROOM **

New and lots of fun for all the family is our games room with pool table, table tennis, foosball, chequers, darts Playstation II plus games, CD Player and mini drinks fridge. One of our most recent 'famous' guest thoroughly enjoyed this games room and kindly signed his team football shirt for us which has been framed and takes pride of place in our games room.

Our property on Eagle Pointe is professionally managed by our Management Company who live locally on Eagle Pointe and are, therefore, close by in the unlikely event that you have any problems, or simply wish to ask for some advice. Having our MC locally is extremely convenient for check-in/key collection - this ensures that you arrive safely from the airport to your villa within 30 minutes at the most. And don't forget, if fishing is your thing then where better than from your own private spot on the lake. Fishing rods can be hired free of charge from our Management Company. Or you could just feed the fish and ducks. Our resident family of otters are great fun to watch. There are eagles and other wildlife in abundance that can be viewed from the pool area. For the golf fanatic, there are many world famous golf courses within minutes of the villa too.

*** BABY PACK / EXTRAS***

Available for your use free of charge is a large crib, high chair and stroller. Our family has been growing with the villa and is very child-friendly.

We also try, where possible, to allow our guests to enjoy a later check-out thus allowing you to stay all day on your day of departure and leaving at your leisure for the airport. We are also able to provide a lock-box code so guests can go straight to the home from the airport.

The home will have every creature comfort you can imagine to make your stay as comfortable as possible. No need to pack beach towles as we have plenty for your use - ensuring lots of spare space in the suit-cases for all that extra shopping!

Eagle Pointe is located just a couple of miles down Poincianna Blvd. Poincianna Blvd. is just off the popular 192 with its famous restaurants and shops. Poincianna Blvd is inbetween Old Town and Medieval Times. We have a Wal-Mart just a couple of minutes drive from the home too for all your grocery needs and park tickets.
