JADE KEYS is located on a quiet, secluded estate directly on an 18-hole, par 72, golf course opposite the tenth tee, just a short walk from the clubhouse, putting green, driving range, tennis court, and community pool. There is an abundance of citrus and pine trees around the estate which makes taking a walk a pleasure. The house is very secluded and the private pool and spa face conservation land, making it a quiet, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun. The area beyond the pool is landscaped with attractive plants and shrubs and there is a further patio area for barbeques Pool heating is available. The design of the house is unique with a galleried loft/lounge/entertainment area which doubles as a fourth bedroom. The beautiful lounge has soaring cathedral ceilings and a large plasma Tv to watch as you sit on the luxurious sofas.The master bedroom suite is situated on the ground floor and has a king size bed ,large ensuite bathroom with separate shower .Also on the ground floor is a half bathroom and a well equipped utility room .The six TVs are situated in the lounge,kitchen, master bedroom,queensize bedroom twin bedroom and loft/lounge together with a VCR ,DVD computer desk, wireless free internet access and CD player.Up the attractive stairs there is a bedroom with queensize bed and large wardrobe and a bedroom with twin beds which is decorated to appeal to both children and adults.The bathroom on this floor also has a shower and to complete the second floor there is the galleried loft/lounge This has a pine armoire housing the tv,cd ,dvd and video player and has a very comfortable kingsize sofa bed ,so can be used as a fourth bedroom.It is decorated with a golf theme.Access is all very safe for children. On the lower floor there is also a games room with air hockey table, table football , pool table and dart board with a golf game suitable for children and adults etc
