It is fully furnished, with air conditioning and is equipped to a high standard. Built over 2 stories our villa boasts internal living space of over 1900 sq ft plus a pool deck and sunbathing area. West Haven is less the 10 miles from the gates of Disney and is close to other major attractions including Seaworld and Universal Studios. It is approximately 30 mins from Orlando airport, 1 hour from Kennedy space centre. The crystal clear coasts of Florida are within easy travelling distance. West Haven is only a stones throw from Champions Gate which has the David Leadbetter golfing academy!!, supermarkets and restaurants. A new Publix's is a 2 minute drive or Walmarts supercentre a 15 minute drive. Description We have 5 bedrooms, 1 King sized master bedroom with huge master bath and balcony overlooking the pool! 2 queen rooms (1 on the ground floor, with own private bathroom and 2 twin bedded rooms sharing a 3rd bathroom. There is a large family room, lounge and fully equipped modern Kitchen which includes a large American fridge freezer with Ice dispencer and crusher and a nook for breakfast dining. We also have a separate formal dining area for large family dining. Full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility room and all bed-linen, towels etc are provided. The two car garage. Both master suites have ceiling fans are installed in all master suites, family room and lanai. In the unlikely event of you needed assistance, the friendly management company are on hand 24hrs per day.
