Our luxurious, fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom Floridian home, SilverCreek Villa, offers you all this and much more. Our villa is specifically designed with all the comforts of a traditional home and equipped with many extras to ensure your stay in Florida is beyond expectation. Not only will you and your family be able to enjoy the delights of our large 30ft pool and relax on our sumptuous sun beds, but our heated spa will help you unwind after a long day at the parks while your young children explore the activities and toys in our kiddies playroom and your teenagers play pool and foosball in the games room.

Upon arrival at SilverCreek Villa you will receive a personal welcome from Gary who will introduce you to our home and ensure all of your questions are answered. Your tour will begin in our comfortable lounge/dining room where you will relax in front of the 32 inch HD TV with 100+ cable channels and many DVD's or enjoy an evening meal at our 6 seated dining table. Our well equipped, fully fitted kitchen is adjacent and includes a 4 seated breakfast table, a large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and many other labour saving devices. Gary will then introduce you to our two master bedrooms with American Queen (UK King) beds plus en-suite bathrooms. One is equipped with sink, bath and overhead power shower, whilst the other offers a walk-in shower, 'his and her' sinks and direct access to the pool deck. You will then be shown into our air conditioned games room with a pool table, foosball and electronic darts. After seeing our two well furnished twin bedrooms and third bathroom, you will encounter the unique feature of our villa. The fifth bedroom has been converted into a Kiddies Playroom and here your youngsters will find countless toys and games to play with as well as letting their imagination run wild with the several dressing up outfits provided. A cable TV with plentiful videos and DVDs will also keep them amused for many hours. Your tour will end by our beautiful 30ft heated pool and spa. The covered lanai adjacent to the pool deck offers alfresco dining and a little respite from the hot Floridian sunshine.

Lounge Dining Area

Lounge/Dining Area is approximately 28ft x 15ft and has been furnished to a high standard with two sofa’s and a single chair that provides views of the pool deck or if preferred, relaxed viewing of the flat screen HD cable TV with DVD/CD player attached (many DVDs are provided). The dining table will comfortably seat up to eight people.

Kitchen/Breakfast Area

Kitchen and Breakfast Area is adjacent to the lounge and is equipped for up to 10 people. There is an electric cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, teapot and electric kettle. We also provide tea towels and oven gloves. Breakfast table and chairs are provided but unless the weather is against you we think most of your meals will be taken beside the pool.

Dining Areas

The indoor dining area will comfortably seat up to 8 people in a formal area but for for more casual dining the covered Lanai can seat 6-8 in an al-fresco atmosphere which is enhanced by the pool lighting at night. An electric BBQ is provided to allow you to make the most of this area.

Master Bedrooms and Twin Bed Rooms

The Master Bedrooms (2) are fitted with Queen (UK King) size beds and both have en-suites, one of which connects directly to the pool area and has a walk-in shower and "His" and "Her" sinks. Both Master Bedrooms have walk-in closets, bedside lighting, cable TV, digital alarm clocks and hairdryers. The second master ensuite has a hand sink, fitted shower and bath. The Twin Bedrooms (2) each have twin beds, bedside lighting, digital alarm clocks, cable TV's and large closets. Both have access to the third bathroom with a toilet, hand sink, hairdryer, fitted shower and bath.

All bed linen is provided together with towels for the bathrooms and pool area. We also provide a childs toilet seat and a foot stool for use in the third bathroom.

Games Room & Utility Area.

The Garage has been converted into a fully air conditioned Games Room providing Pool, Foosball and Electronic Darts. There is a utility area off the games room accommodating a washing machine and dryer.

Kiddies Den

The Kiddies Play Room has a cable TV with a DVD/video player. There is a good selection of children’s games and DVD's/videos plus a large selection of dressing up clothes to keep the "little ones” occupied when mum and dad want some peace. Also provided and stored in here are a highchair, two strollers and 2 travel cots (sheets and a fleece are provided for both cots).

Pool and Spa Deck

The Pool and Spa Deck at the rear of the house overlooks Conservation Land and from here you see many of Florida’s native bird population including cranes, eagles and vultures. The south easterly facing pool has "Florida Glass" at the sides for added privacy and remains shadow free until late afternoon in winter and early evening in summer. The 30ft x 15ft pool has underwater lighting and is between 3ft and 6 ft in depth. The integrated spa will accommodate up to four people and like the pool, can be heated (recommended October thru April) for a small additional charge. To comply with local pool regulations and for the protection of small children, there is a safety fence around the pool area. Poolside furniture consists of a large table and eight chairs plus four comfortable sun loungers to help get those serious tans. The covered Lanai and poolside umbrella provide welcome shade when needed. An Electric BBQ is provided to allow you to make the most of alfreso dining.

Local Amenities

The Silver Creek Community was completed in 2005 and consists of 108 houses of varying sizes, colours and designs. It is surrounded on three sides by conservation land and offers a tranquil setting even though it is only 15 minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The development is managed by a Home Owners Association who ensure the community is maintained to a very high standard including all lawn and landscape maintenance. Local shops (about a 3 minute drive) consist of a bank, post office, Winn Dixie supermarket, dry cleaners, pizza parlour and a home cooking restaurant. A further 5 minute drive will take you to a large Walmart, Lowes DIY, Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy and many good quality restaurants. There are many golf courses within 5 miles of Silver Creek and if you like fishing or walking, the Lake Louise State Park is just 15 minutes by car.

Location

Silver Creek is just off the US27 one mile north of the US 192, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and approx 1 hour from Sanford Airport. Whilst the local attractions are a great reason to stay at SilverCreek, the Atlantic and Gulf beaches, Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens are only 60 and 90 minutes away by car.
