Olivia Palm’s accommodates 8 people. It is a beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned house. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A fully screened pool, with privacy fence, and a garden beyond that.The 26ft x 13ft pool with multi coloured lights for the evening and pool sprayers for any time. A large deck area and lanai with ceiling fans. Deck tables and chairs so you can eat under the stars. Removable safety gate, sun loungers and pool toys. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a Refrigerator/Freezer with an ice maker. Ranger cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Electric Kettle, Cafeteria, Dishwasher, Cookware and Utensils. As well as ample Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware. A telephone with free local and long distance phone calls, as well as free wireless internet access. A breakfast table and chairs sits in the heart of the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is located the utility room which has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The dining area has a large table with six chairs for a more formal dining experience. The family room has a luxurious sofa, love seat and arm Chair. The other features of this room are the large french doors that lead out on to the pool area. A large 52 inch cable TV, with DVD player and ceiling fan. You will also find a variety of  DVD's, CDs books, puzzles and games for your entertainment pleasure. The master suite is accessed from the family room and over looks the pool area. It has a magnificent four half post, king size bed for all you romantics out there. A matching dressing table and side table with a large screen cable TV and DVD player. Ceiling fan. A large walk-in closet and a radio alarm clock just in case. The en suite bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower and W.C. and a vanity unit with his and hers basins and a hair dryer The second bed room is situated at the end off the corridor and also contains Queen bed, matching side table and dressing table. Cable TV/DVD and a large walk-in closet. Twin room. This elegant room has a relaxed feel to it. Twin beds, chest of drawers TV and PS2 (which plays DVD’s, CD’s & MP3 as well as games) and a large closet. This second twin room is bright and airy and has twin beds, dressing table, side table and a walk-in closet. The second bath room has a bath, shower, D.C. and vanity unit with a hair dryer. There is also a side door which allows you easy access from the pool area.
