DISNEY DREAMIN at Keokia stunning 5 bed 5 bath, spa, pool conservation plot & free internet access

Disney Dreamin is an executive 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa, located in the prestigious development of Calabay Parc. It offers luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete. It is the perfect place to return to at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks. You have all the comforts of home and when the children go to bed you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.

The villa backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views. The deck area has been extended and, in addition to enjoying full sun all day there is also a shaded area under the lanai. Pool heating is available and the whole area is screened to provide a bug free environment. A George Forman electric grill is available at no extra charge and can be used inside the pool screen unlike conventional or gas BBQs.

INDOOR LIVING
The living room has a 32” Cable TV, DVD with home theatre surround sound and a quality mini hi-fi system. The room enjoys views over the pool and conservation land beyond. There is a separate family room with TV, DVD and VCR and a number of films and CDs are provided for guests use. In addition we have installed a Playstation 2 with selection of games as well as traditional family games, childrens books and jigsaws for your use. Complimentary internet access is available on the PC with wi fi connectivity for those with laptops.

DINING
There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a formal dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you require and full laundry facilities are also provided.

BEDROOMS
There are five bedrooms in total; three master suites, all with king size bed, luxury bedding, cable TV and DVD and ensuite bathroom. One twin room ensuite is located downstairs and has cable TV and DVD. The remaining twin room has been decorated with a bright cheerful Disney theme and also has a cable TV, DVD and VCR as well as it's own ensuite bathroom.

FACILITIES FOR THE LITTLE ONES
For our younger guests we do offer free use of a cot, highchair and pushchair. A stairgate and cot bedding is provided. For your peace of mind, all doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms and there is a safety fence for use around the pool if required.


LOCATION
Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 10 minutes drive to Disneys main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, a 24 hour supermarket, Italian and French Restaurants, MacDonalds, Takeaways and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away.
