Villa Sonja

Santa Cruz is located on the US 27 just 2 miles north of junction 55 on Interstate 4. This makes it great for access to many of the attractions, with the Disney theme parks about 10 -15 minutes drive away.

The villa has a large spacious living area. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can sleep 6 and another 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its large en suite leading directly to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and the third bedroom twin beds.

The house is fully furnished and has air conditioning. All linen is provided (but you will need to bring a towel for the pool). In the living room there is cable TV, a video recorder and a DVD / CD player. The dining room is big enough for any family, and can comfortably seat 8. The fully stocked kitchen includes a cooker, fridge /freezer (with ice making facility), dish washer, microwave oven and all the crockery and utensils you’ll need to make a home cooked meal, should you want to.

Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble drier. There is also an ironing board and iron available for use.

The screened pool has a large area with sun beds for those days when you simply want to sit and enjoy the sun. The covered lanai with table and chairs makes a perfect place for those who want to eat outdoors or relax during the warm evenings.

This is an ideal holiday location being close to so many family attractions, and many of the numerous golf courses in the area. Once you have stayed in Florida, you’ll want to return and what could better than having a house to call your own for that special holiday.
