Rotonda South West Florida is situated on the Cape Haze Peninsular between Englewood and Port Charlotte and is an ideal location for a laid back peaceful vacation.The 26 miles of freshwater canal are teeming with fish and attract many species of native birds. The Gulf beaches are only a 10-15 minute drive where you can go shelling or search for sharks teeth for which the beaches are renowned. Rotonda also boasts six fabulous golf courses with number seven due to be completed in January 2008,they are all open to the public and only a short drive from our house. The nearby park has two tennis courts,a picnic pavilion, BBQ area and a nature trail. 

For those who like to shop Port Charlotte is a 15-20 minute drive away where you will find one of the largest malls in the area filled with designer wear,a multi screen cinema and lots of places to eat. Description, Our luxury villa is set on a double size plot for extra privacy and backs onto a freshwater canal. With 2200 square feet of air conditioned living area plus an oversize lanai/patio area 60` wide and a 30`x15` electrically heated pool facing South East for all day sunbathing we think our home is the ideal base for a perfect holiday. The master bedroom which has sliding doors leading to the pool/lanai area measures 23` 8”x17` 10”, with a king size bed, ceiling fan,telephone,cable tv and a large walk-in closet.The large en-suite has a walk-in shower,his and hers sinks,and a full size bath. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, walk-in closet and patio doors leading to the pool/lanai area.All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for child safety,for all adult parties the alarm can be turned off by the management. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and window to the side. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share bathroom 2 which has a walk-in shower and door leading to the pool/lanai area. The great room measures 20`x21` 4”, has a cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan,32” cable TV,VCR,DVD and music centre and sliding doors onto the pool/lanai. The formal dining room measures14`x13` 8”. The fully fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances of a typical American home including dishwasher, microwave and side by side fridge freezer that dispenses ice cold water and crushed/cubed ice. The separate utility room is fitted with a washer, dryer and sink. Outside, set around the pool area there is a gas BBQ and ample chairs and loungers for all the guests plus a large table that will seat at least six people. There is a double garage with electrically operated door, three bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella and cool box and a set of golf clubs for guest use. In the unlikely event of any problems during your stay our local management company is on hand should they be needed.

Rates =   July and August    £450 per week     rest of the year = £475 per week ,if electric pool heat needed during winter months please add £50 per week to above rates. Discounts available for bookings of three weeks or more,all prices include local phone calls,taxes,utilities and end of stay clean.High speed internet also included in the price.
