Our recently constructed, fully airconditioned beautiful home in Florida Pines has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, its own private heated pool and a brand new games area. Florida Pines is located off US27 close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition there is a childrens playground and a community swimming pool. The Villa is 15 mins from Disney World and there are several golf courses within 10 mins drive including Champions Gate. Orlando International Airport is approx 30 mins away, Sanford Airport is approx 1 hour. Ideally situated in the centre of the State the Gulf Coast beaches are approx 90 mins drive, whilst the Atlantic Coast (home to kennedy Space Centre) and Cocoa and Daytona Beaches are a 1 hour drive. The luxury villa has 2 beautifully furnished lounge areas the first with ceiling fan, queen sized sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD player and VCR with a selection of movies. The second lounge has a Ceiling fan, formal upgraded dining area, Cindy Crawford furnishings and CD player with CD library ranging from Elvis to Pop Idol. It has a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven and hob, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender and all utensils etc. Also in the kitchen area is a table and chairs. We also provide a picnic hamper for trips to the beach etc. Our brand new games area is set in the style of a 'Fifites Diner, we have air hockey, a pool table, foosball, electronic darts and giant chess. Neon signs and a stereo system complete the picture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, large walkin closet, TV , DVD, telephone with answer machine and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV and VCR. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and cable TV, one with PS2 and games. All have fitted closets with ample hanging space, and furnished to a high standard. We have a selection of board games and childrens books for younger family members. The pool area is fully screened with a range of pool furniture. Towels are provided. The pool area is west facing which affords full afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets. Pool heat is available at a cost of £75 or $130 per week. A gas barbeque (grill) is also provided. The price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc and a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board are provided along with hair dryers, curling tongs (irons)etc. The property has a telephone provided allowing for free local calls, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available locally. For families with smaller children a highchair and portable play yard / cot is provided. This superb vacation home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard in typical Floridian style.
