3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Fully furnished and equipped sleeping 9 plus cot/high chair/stroller provided. Close to Orlando/Sanford airports and other Orlando attractions including Disney and Universal Studios. The community is very quiet giving our guests a chance to relax after a hard day at the theme parks.
Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans and vaulted ceilings.
There is cable tv, video/dvd connected to living room, cable tv (32") to master bedroom, cable tv/Playstation 2 to bedroom 2, and tv with dvd to bedroom 3.
The living room has comfortable furniture with formal dining area seating six.
There is an additional breakfast dining area seating four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer with ice making facility, full size cooker, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses, coffee maker, etc.
Off the kitchen is a laundry area with free use of the washing machine and drier. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
All linen and towels and hair dryer are provided.
The master bedroom has king size bed, 32" cable tv, ceiling fan and spacious en-suite with double shower cubicle, tub, twin wash hand basins, extra large walk in closet and separate toilet.
Bedroom two sleeps three with single over full bunk, cable tv, Playstation 2 and closet.
Bedroom three has two twin beds, closet, tv and dvd.
The second bathroom has tub with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet.
There is a large covered lanai where the jacuzzi is located together with table and chairs. The lanai has lighting for evening use.
The screened pool is solar heated with electric heating provided if required, is well maintained with under water lighting for night time use. There is an extended pool deck for sunbathing and loungers are provided.
A gas barbecue can also be provided at an extra cost of $35 per week, it is delivered clean and with full gas.
