The villa occupies a large corner plot on the exclusive Orange Tree development, on Highway 27, 1½ miles north of Highway 192 and 10 minutes away from Interstate 4. Orange Tree is a new community located 10 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. It is set in and amongst lovely Orange Groves. There is a children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court within the community all within a 2 minute walk. A good range of shops and supermarkets (5 mins) and an abundance of restaurants and attractions are close by such as Disney, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal, Sea World, Water Parks and many more. Kennedy Space Centre and Tampa are 45 minutes away and the Gulf coast can be reached in 90 minutes. There are plenty of other activities including Orange Lake Golf Course and Country Club (plus 10 other courses within a 10 mile radius) and 15 clear spring fed lakes excellent for fishing, boating and swimming activities. Orange Tree is an ideal base to see what Orlando and the rest of Florida have to offer. The 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is luxuriously furnished throughout and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The family room offers total comfort with its high cathedral ceiling, cable TV, DVD and VCR and formal dining area. This leads to the generous open plan breakfast room (direct access to the pool) and fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with every modern convenience. There are two Master bedrooms, (one with king size bed) each having their own ensuite bathrooms and TV. The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds and TV and directly access the third bathroom. A playstation 2 is also provided in one of these rooms. A selection of DVD’s, videos, games and books plus toys for the pool are provided to keep the whole family entertained. If you do need to work high speed internet wifi access is available. We have also introduced a pool and football table to keep the kids happy inside the villa. Outside relax in the Mickey Mouse spa/hot tub or cool down in the pool. The pool is south west facing, so you will be able to soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided on the deck area mid morning to late evening. The pool area is large and easily accommodates 6 loungers. There is also a covered lanai (patio area) for those seeking shade from the hot Florida sun and is perfect for “al fresco” dining. A child-safety fence, between the pool and the lanai, is provided which may be detached and stored when young children are supervised by adults around the pool area. And for your safety and peace of mind there is a 24 hour emergency number/direct line from the villa to their local office.
