Luxury 5 bedroomed Villa at Highlands Reserve with Games Area and views overlooking the 9th Fairway

Our 5 Bed/3 Bath air-conditioned villa is located at the prestigious par 72 Championship Golf Course of Highlands Reserve. Situated in a private road in the centre of the golf course it overlooks the 9th fairway. Set in lovely countryside, it is a quiet and relaxing place to stay and is only 15 minutes to Disney and about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Our fully air-conditioned home has five spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. With High Speed internet access you can keep in touch with the office, email home or simply surf the web. There are two large living areas. The family room has two comfortable sofas,  42 inchcable TV, VCR,DVD, ceiling fan and leads to the pool area. The lounge has two more comfortable sofas and a HiFi with iPod dock. The adjoining dining room is ideal for more formal meals.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with Fridge/Freezer with ice machine, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, iron and ironing board. A breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen, for more relaxed meals. A utility room, which leads to the double garage has a washing machine and tumble drier.

 The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, electric body massager, cable TV with DVD and an en-suite bathroom, comprising large corner bath, walk in shower and double vanity basins. The second master bedroom has a Queen bed,ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD and also has its own en-suite bathroom, comprising bath, shower and single vanity basin.

There is a Double bedroom and two Twin Bedrooms, all with cable TV and DVD, all with ceiling fans, plus there is a 3rd bathroom, comprising bath, shower and double vanity basins. All bedrooms have fitted closets with a floor safe fitted in the master closet for your convenience.

The private heated pool with child safety fence is set in a large pool deck with lovely open views over the 9th fairway.A gas BBQ, Sun loungers, a table and chairs are provided for your comfort.

The villa also features a Games Area with Pool Table, air hockey, Table Tennis, electronic darts and foosball. Our home is fully equipped for your stay, with Movies, Toys, Books, linen, towels, pool towels and local phone calls included. Our excellent local management company is on hand to look after your needs. Highlands Reserve also features a driving range, practice greens, communal swimming pool, tennis court and a play park for the children.
