Our beautiful, luxurious Lakeside Villa is situated on the prestigious gated Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club with its well-renowned championship golf course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and 6th best in Florida.

Our south facing pool has ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC unobstructed views over the 5th green and the lake beside it. There are no villas behind to watch you enjoying the wonderful Florida sunshine! If you are looking for that special home with fantastic views, then look no further!

It is perfect for relaxing on those days away from the theme parks and shopping, and ideal for golfers wanting to play one of the top championship courses in Florida.

We have installed a high speed wireless internet connection for guests to keep in touch with family and friends. Just bring your own laptop. We have an upgraded cable TV package which includes the facility to watch certain English Premiership football matches during the season. This is an ideal location for golfing holidays, relaxation, or visiting Disney and the other major attractions of Florida.

Guests have complimentary use of all Southern Dunes leisure facilities including communal pools, fitness gym, library, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with restaurant and bar. (A green fee is payable for golf)

Our fully air conditioned, spacious Lakeside Villa sleeps up to 8. It is tastefully decorated and we have furnished it to an exceptionally high standard. WE HAVE RECENTLY UPGRADED MOST ITEMS OF FURNITURE.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need.

The FAMILY ROOM has a sofa, a sofa bed, coffee table, cable TV, DVD/Video player and a selection of DVD's and videos, CD/ Radio/Cassette and books. The dining area has a beautiful new dining table and 6 chairs.

There is a downstairs TOILET and WASHBASIN.

Our beautiful private south facing SWIMMING POOL (with optional heating) looks out over the fifth green and the lake beside it, so it is very private from behind. The views are EXCEPTIONAL. It is screened to keep the insects out but allows the sun in. There are sun loungers for relaxing, and a table and chairs for eating outside. There is an area under cover if you prefer the shade. The pool is illuminated and there are patio lights for relaxing outside in the evening. A BBQ is provided.

Upstairs..... the MASTER BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed, bedside cupboards, dressing table and cable TV. It has an ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM with shower, toilet and vanity unit leading to a dressing room / wardrobe. The bedroom has stunning views over the lake.

BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, bedside table, a dresser, cable TV and large built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 3 is themed as a 'Mickey' bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Playstation 2 with a selection of games, Mickey cable TV, children’s board games and large built in wardrobe.

The BATHROOM has a bath with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

A BBQ, Hairdryers, Stair Gates, Travel Cot, Highchair, Towels, Pool Towels and Bed Linen are provided.

A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the integrated garage.

 In the garage there is a superb 9 - in - 1 Games Table, 2 Mountain Bikes and 2 Tennis Racquets.

The phone has FREE Local, National and International calls (excluding mobile / cell phones).

Located on a fantastic Championship Golf Course, with complimentary use of their leisure facilities including Tennis Courts, Communal Pools, Children's Play Area, Fitness Gym, Library and Clubhouse with Restaurant and Bar. Within 2 minutes there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart superstore, shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, fuel, pharmacy, Blockbuster video and banks. Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is an ideal location for golfing holidays or for non-golfers to visit Disney and the other major attractions of Florida. Disney World is just 20 minutes away by car. The Gulf coast beaches are within easy reach.

GOLF INFORMATION - Situated just off Highway 27, Southern Dunes golf course was opened in 1993 and is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. It is listed in the 'Top 100 Modern Golf Courses to play in America' (at 51st) by Golf Week magazine, is in the 'Top 10 Golf Courses Built in the Last 10 years' by Links magazine and is ranked 6th in Florida. The course offers players of all abilities the chance to play one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in Central Florida. It is over 7200 yards long and has become a favourite with both local and visiting golfers. There are five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of varying abilities. It features an elevation change of 100 feet, which is unusual for a Florida golf course, and it is beautifully maintained. There is a pro golf shop and impressive clubhouse and bar. On-course beverages and snacks are available throughout the day from the travelling beverage cart. There are also a great many other top golf courses within a 20 minute drive of Southern Dunes.

RATES

Rates are for the whole villa per week and include all taxes, utilities, towels, bed linen and the final cleaning fee.

Changeover day is flexible.

For stays of less than 7 nights please add a cleaning fee of £33 / $60.

Pool heating is available by pre-booking at a cost of £90 / $160 per week (minimum charge £55 / $100)

Deposit of £100 / $165 per week is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival day. We will hold dates for 7 days pending confirmation of travel arrangements and the deposit cheque.

A security deposit (either £200 / $350 or a credit card swipe) is required with the balance payment.
