The 26 by 15 foot south facing Pool and Spa is surrounded by a large extended paved patio.
Being south facing means that it catches the sunshine all day long but if you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March).
All the furnishings on the paved pool deck have been upgraded, being of a much higher standard than normal. Furnishings include chairs, a table and sun beds, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine while enjoying an alfresco lunch and drinks in the evening as the sun sets.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained. If swimming seems like to much work then lie back in our luxurious spa, an ideal way to do nothing at all.
For additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa all the doors and windows leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed.
The final feature of the pool area is the pool side bathroom.

The second Master Suite also has a upgraded King sized bed and a good sized en-suite bathroom complete with a Shower / Bath unit and access to the pool deck. Ample storage space is provided by a large built-in closet and drawers.

The villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are Master suites and two are Twin rooms. If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Family Room.
The first Master Suite has a fantastic Up graded King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with Roman tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, separate toilet, and twin basins and vanity mirrors. Additional luxuries include cable television, hairdryer and clock radio, whilst storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. As a final touch of elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck

To add to your enjoyment we have taken the unusual step of converting our large two car garage into a fantastic Games Room.

To keep everyone entertained you will find a large screen cable TV, DVD, and CD players, while an added bonus for the children includes a selection of toys, board games, and Playstation 2.
