Our beautiful 'GOLFER'S PARADISE' VILLA is situated on the prestigious gated Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club with its well-renowned championship golf course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and 6th best in Florida.

Guests have complimentary use of all Southern Dunes leisure facilities including communal pools, tennis courts, and clubhouse with restaurant and bar. (A green fee is payable for golf)

We have installed a high speed wireless internet connection for guests to keep in touch with family and friends. Just bring your own laptop.

Our fully air conditioned spacious 'GOLFER'S PARADISE' VILLA sleeps up to 8. It is tastefully decorated and well appointed. There are vaulted ceilings which give a light and airy feel to the house.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need.

We have just tiled the LOUNGE / DINING AREA and bought a new dining table and sofas. The LOUNGE has 3 large sofas, tables, 32" cable TV, PLAYSTATION 2 with a selection of games, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, CD player, radio/cassette, video player. There is a DINING AREA with new table and chairs seating 8. There are patio doors to the swimming pool with an audible alarm for child safety.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a super king size bed (6 feet wide!), cable TV, dressing table, walk in wardrobe and patio doors to the pool area with an audible alarm for child safety. It has an ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM with extra large shower, toilet and vanity unit. The ensuite shower room has a door to the pool area so it can be used for changing and showering after swimming.

BEDROOM 2 has a queen size bed, cable TV and large built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 3 is themed as a Winnie the Pooh bedroom with 2 twin beds, a cable TV and DVD player, and large built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 4 has twin beds, a cable TV and large built in wardrobe.

The BATHROOM has a bath with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

Our 26' PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (with optional heating) is reached by patio doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. It is screened to keep the insects out but allows the sun in. The view down the 17th fairway is wonderful. There is an extended pool deck so you can enjoy the sun all day, poolside furniture for relaxing, and pool and patio lights for evening swimming. There is an area under cover if you prefer the shade.

A BBQ is provided.

Towels, pool towels, bed linen and hairdryers are provided.

The LAUNDRY ROOM has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

A small SAFE is provided for your peace of mind.

In the double garage there is a TABLE TENNIS TABLE, a FOOSBALL TABLE and AIR HOCKEY.

There are also 3 mountain bikes, 2 tennis racquets, a high chair, travel cot and a stroller for use, free of charge.

The phone has UNLIMITED FREE Local, National and International calls (excluding cell/mobile phones).

No Smoking and No Pets.

Our management company is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

Located on a fantastic Championship Golf Course, with complimentary use of their leisure facilities including Tennis Courts, Communal Pools, Children's Play Area, Fitness Gym, Library and Clubhouse with Restaurant and Bar. Within 2 minutes there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart superstore, shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, fuel, pharmacy, Blockbuster video and banks. Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is an ideal location for golfing holidays or for non-golfers to visit Disney and the other major attractions of Florida. Disney World is just 20 minutes away by car. The Gulf coast beaches are within easy reach.

GOLF INFORMATION - Situated just off Highway 27, Southern Dunes golf course was opened in 1993 and is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. It is listed in the 'Top 100 Modern Golf Courses to play in America' (at 51st) by Golf Week magazine, is in the 'Top 10 Golf Courses Built in the Last 10 years' by Links magazine and is ranked Number 6 in Florida. The course offers players of all abilities the chance to play one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in Central Florida. It is over 7200 yards long and has become a favourite with both local and visiting golfers. There are five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of varying abilities. It features an elevation change of 100 feet, which is unusual for a Florida golf course, and it is beautifully maintained. There is a pro golf shop and impressive clubhouse and bar. On-course beverages and snacks are available throughout the day from the travelling beverage cart. There are also a great many other top golf courses within a 20 minute drive of Southern Dunes.

Rates are for the whole villa per week and include all taxes, utilities, towels, bed linen and the final cleaning fee.

Changeover day is flexible.

For stays of less than 7 nights please add a cleaning fee of £33 / $60.

Pool heating is available by pre-booking at a cost of £90 / $160 per week (minimum charge £55 / $100).

Deposit of £100 / $165 per week is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival day. We will hold dates for 7 days pending confirmation of travel arrangements and the deposit cheque.

A security deposit (either £200 / $350 or a credit card swipe) is required with the balance payment.
