The living room has vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, 52 inch tv, PS2, HI FI, selection of dvd's and PS2 games, ample seating overlooking the pool and conservation area. There is also a breakfast bar. Patio doors are alarmed for extra safety and safety lock is also in place. The stunning sparkling pool has ample of sun beds and table with chairs. This pool is south facing and ideal place to relax after the theme parks. Due to the plot size you are not looking into other pools and the outside surround has plenty of space for children to play safely. Why not sit outside after a hard day at the theme parks and enjoy that well rewarded glass or wine or beer by our quiet south facing pool area. The estate has lakes with well stocked fish which you do not need a permit to fish. All we ask is that you catch and release the fish. The home is situated close to Championsgate with its shops, restaurants and hotel and the attractions are under 10 mins. away.
