Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 15 minutes drive to Disney’s main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman and a 24 hour supermarket, Australian and Italian Restaurants, MacDonald’s, Takeaways and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away. Staying at our vacation home will be an experience you will never forget.

The villa backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views in the evenings as the sun sets. The deck area has been extended and, whilst it enjoys full sun all day there is also a large area of shade.

The villa has fully air-conditioned two storey 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom accommodation. It has 2 king-size master en-suites, 1 queen-size master en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite. There is a large comfortable main family room, dining area and fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen with adjoining breakfast area overlooking the pool. There is also a second family room, which has a sleeper sofa, so you can double as a further bedroom if required.

The screened private pool area, which is not overlooked, has a large secluded lanai, extended sundeck with furniture, and large heated pool and spa (hot tub). Pool lighting provides for ideal relaxation after dark and to ensure child safety there is a safety screen around the pool which can be removed if not necessary.

Calabay Parc prides itself on the quality and appearance of the site and all villas are built to a high standard, are well designed, fully equipped and comfortably furnished to provide all you need for a superb holiday.

Our villa satisfies all fire and safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful local management company who will be happy to assist with any queries and are available 24 hours a day, should the need arise.
