Welcome to our luxury villa. Our luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has a private screened pool with large deck area and a covered porch which will allow you to sit out and watch a beautiful Florida sunrise whilst eating your breakfast. It is the 'nice touches' in our home that will give you no choice but to relax and use our home to enjoy your Florida holiday. We have 2 spacious master suites, both with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. This is ideal for 2 families who wish to take their holidays together. For your own piece of mind, we have installed an electronically coded safe which you can store all of your valuable goods. Our large screen TV with DVD player and selection of DVD's will keep the youngsters busy and if not, they have full access to our new games room which includes a pool table, foosball table and a dart board. We also have a selection of board games for your use. We also have a portable CD/cassette/radio player with a small selection of CD's which you are free to use. Bedroom 1 contains a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with large shower and 2 built in seats, suitable for any disabled guests. The large walk-in wardrobe contains the electronic coded safe for added piece of mind. Bedroom 1 also has a telephone with digital answerphone facility and a large cable TV. Bedroom 2 is the second master suite and also has an en suite bathroom. A large wardrobe and chest of drawers give you ample space to store your new purchases! Bedroom 3+4 have twin single beds and wardrobe space in each. Extra sleeping facilities for guests 9 + 10 is in the form of 2 large fold-out beds which you will have access to for the durtion of your stay. Our pool deck area has ample pool furniture including sunbeds and a patio table + chairs. We have a covered porch to enable you to sit and relax out of the strong Florida sunshine or shelter from an afternoon shower!! Our home has a feature known as a 'pool bath', this being a small door on the pool deck leading you straight into the master bathroom. This removes the need to walk through the house and run the risk of slipping! We are sure you will love our beautiful home.
