Our beautiful home consists of : Master bedroom: queen-size four poster bed (with Posturepaedic mattress), 27 inch TV and DVD player, 70+ channel cable TV, unlimited FREE internet access point, FREE unlimited national and international phone calls, walk in wardrobe with built in safe, patio door to pool area and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom contains his and hers basins, a double shower, corner bath and water closet. Bedrooms two and three: both have queen-size beds with Posturepaedic mattresses for a really good nights sleep. There is also a twin roll out bed in each wardrobe for the children if required. Bedroom two has a 19 inch TV with 70+ channel cable TV and a patio door to the pool area. Family room: 33 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and 70+ channel cable TV. Control point for house/pool area music system. Luxury corner suite with seating for eight and patio doors to the pool area. Games room: fully equipped games room featuring full-size Billiards Table, Foosball (Table Football), Dart board, Playstation 2, stereo and some toys for our younger guests. Kitchen: fully equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher and everything you need to cook and eat with. Telephone. The kitchen is also adjacent to the dining and breakfast rooms. Screened heated pool with underwater lighting. Pool heating is optional, although not normally required during the summer months. Large patio area and furniture. The villa has been beautifully fitted out with quality upgraded furnishings and deep pile carpets. There are ceiling fans in every room. We also include free phone calls to anywhere in the world, free unlimited internet access (bring your own laptop), free use of the safe and we have a high chair and cot for our younger guests. The property is maintained by a local management company who are available to our guests 24/7 if they require assistance. They can also provide airport pick-ups for an additional charge. Also installed at the property are: smoke alarms, door alarms on all doors to the pool area, emergency lighting and a fire extinguisher.
